Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?

The parking was fine once we'd found it! I was using a phone sat nav and we kept getting sent back onto the A120, so perhaps clearer instructions on how to get to the car park would help.

Great customer service, easy to book online, direction which has been given where to find the car park was very clear, upon arrival just a quick phone call and the pick up van was with us in about 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend their great and efficient service to anyone and we will definitely park there again when we will fly from Stansted.

Good venue, near airport, quick service going to airport. Not so good coming back! Phoned to be picked up, waited, thought the minibus that came to pick another couple up MAY be from company, expected the driver would call my name?!? BUT he drove off without asking!! I had to call again & got told that the drivers dont know the names of the client!!! He did come straight back to pick us up, so all good!! Wouldn't it be easier for the driver to call the name of the client? There are so many companies picking up people so not easy to know who's for who?!?!

A very efficient and professional service, dropped the car and was able to check in 10 minutes after dropping the car off, got back from my holiday and called them as instructed and there bus was waiting for me and the family. No car damage, will definitely use I Love Park & Ride - Stansted again and recommend them.

Brilliant service. I dropped my car off at 4am and there was a shuttle bus there waiting to take us the short journey to the airport. Pick up when returning was also quick and efficient. Highly recommend I Love Park and Ride!

This was my first time using I Love Park & Ride & I thought it was great. It was handy that the printed directions informed me the parking was located beside a Holiday Inn, as my SatNav wanted to take me elsewhere & I could've ended up in a massive traffic jam, but apart from that the experience was top notch!

This went as well as I hoped and expected - we arrived early, so had a short wait before the transfer to the airport, but everything went smoothly, and the team know the shortcuts to avoid the queues around the airport, even at 6am. Collection was as simple - we called when we had collected our luggage, and the vehicle was with us shortly after we came outside. Picked up the keys from the office and the car was 50 metres away.

Unusually, a long delay getting me to the terminal when I arrived - over 15 minutes, which meant I nearly missed boarding. Fine on return. Nice staff. They need to be better prepared in the early morning for the demand and the traffic - not enough staff present

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
