Excellent service. No waiting around, 24 hour individual service, no waiting for coaches and one quick phone call on our return and our transfer vehicle was already there waiting to take us on the short ride to where our car was parked. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Was a bit chaotic on arrival but still I was promptly checked in and was transferred to the airport. On return I called the number and got a minibus straight away. it is value for money. I would use again.

We found the park and ride at stansted very well run. No waiting to and from the airport. Using mini buses was good and the staff very efficient. The only thing we would say it would have been nice to have help lifting the cases on and off the bus.But all in all very pleased with the service.

Very good, very efficient. friendly, straight forward, no hitches. Much quicker and far more personal than the usual Mid-Term parking-get-on-a-bus. And also a bit cheaper too, no hidden extras.

Long wait for pick up on return from holiday. Mini bus wasn't big enough for the amount of people waiting so couldn't get in 1st bus (having already waited 15 mins for it to come). Had to wait for 2nd bus in hot conditions having just travelled all day with a child. Wouldn't use again.

I have to say, the hours we were travelling and how far away the airport is from us this was perfect, the service was brilliant we were picked up and dropped off promptly. Our plane was delayed and they still have us high service will defo use again

Pros Directions clear Nice people. Prompt airport drop off and collect service Cons Carpark entrance narrow and carpark very full so difficult to get in and and out with other cars also arriving and leaving. Asked to use toilet on arrival and was told it's a very squalid portoloo and best not to use it - think that aspect needs cleaning/improving!!

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
