What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Excellent service. The initial booking was easy and efficient as was the book-in process on the day. The carpark was only five minutes drive from the terminal and the drop off and pick up were quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

We had to wait at least 15 mins for the bus to take us to the terminal and it also seemed along while late at night waiting for the bus to pick us up, not as quick as I anticipated.I thought it would have been a lot quicker as stated on the site especially for the extra price I paid for what I thought would be a quicker and better service.

The service from "I love park and ride" was excellent. Parking for our outward and inbound journeys was painless, courteous and efficient. Thank you. The website search for parking at Stansted was confusing and misleading. It was not clear who I was dealing with on any given site and it seemed as if there were a variety of sites offering the services of the same companies at the same prices. My impression was that the search sites were acting in unison to give the impression of competition but that the variety of parking options were in the control of one or few suppliers. This impression was compounded by the requests for feedback from more than one supplier, both of which said I had booked with them and neither of which was "I love park and ride".

Easy to find. Left the car and was taken to the airport within 10 minutes. Dropped off on the concourse, which was very convenient. When we flew back, the minivan was waiting to pick us up within 5 minutes of calling them. Great service. Quick and easy.

I was very apprehensive about chosing this type of parking, but I cannot complain about anything. Best price at the time, car came back perfectly fine, the waiting time was minimal and the directions were spot on. Really good service! I have came back far too early for my booking (few hours!) and my car was with me within few minutes.

Very good, friendly service. Will use again. Tiny niggles that I doubt can be rectified.... Bit confusing at airport pickup in that lots of firms use same small area, people stand there smoking and there is no where to sit or shelter. We waited for close to the max time advertised.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
