What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

A little tricky to find. Could do with some signs. But once their service was great. Van was ready to take us straight to airport. Called for collection once received out luggage and van was there within 5 minutes to pick us up.

Excellent and prompt service. Would use again and recommend strongly to otheres. Very convenient and stress free, even though my flight had been delayed an hour so I was late arriving at Stansted. Very happy with service.

Easy to find, close to the airport, quick transfers. This was the cheapest I could find, but £37 for 3 days is still quite pricey

all went well with the I Love Park & Ride both when we arrived and when we returned. The only comment would be that it would be nice to be on tarmac so that you could pull your suitcases back to your car. But that wouldn't stop me from using this particular car park again. I thought it worked very well, all the staff were very friendly. Well done.

Excellent! Please convey a great big thank you to the "I Love Park & Ride" team at Stansted for their very considerate service. I was taken ill on the flight in and was ferried by wheelchair from plane to the pick-up place outside, expecting to have to wait for the minibus. But they instead sent our actual car, i.e., using their "Meet & Greet" service, which was a lovely surprise. Was really happy with everything. The only downside I would say when a male is picking you up from the airport and can see you struggling with your case, it would be nice to be asked if they could do anything to help, rather than just say pit your case in their.

The only problem I had was finding the compound at 4.30 in the morning. It was dark and no clear signs pointing to the site. It's the entrance to Holiday Inn Car Park immediately to the right. Just a grill gate and intercom and small sign which could easily be missed. Clearer signage please. Other than that it was very good. On the return I went to parking bay C outside the terminal and made my call. Was picked up within 5 minutes. Overall, I was pleased with the service. Staff very pleasant.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
