Easy to locate, had to wait for taxi to take us to the airport but put that down to the number of people flying at the same time. The return pick up, fab literally as we walked out the airport to pick up point taxi arrived. Thank you, would recommend

Yep good service thanks , staff curtious , car ready and easy pick up. Must admit went to first mid term car park so maybe clearer signage to where you are .Good price good service thanks.

Drop off was ok but had to wait about 10 mins for 'on demand' service. Same for pick up but worse when we got to the car park. Our car wasn't there. We were told they would send someone to the other compound, it would be ten minutes. However it was nearly 30 minutes as the person just in front of us had the same so the pick up person got his car first then went back for ours! Our flight was late so there should not been any excuses but there plenty being offered.

The staff on arrival were very friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait for a transfer to the airport, it was ready to go. On arrival back at the airport pick up was very quick (I think someone had already called them and the van was on its way). I have deducted one star as the return driver did not offer to help me load or offload my luggage and as a single 62 year old female traveller I would have appreciated that, and the car park is not paved or tarmacked so was muddy as it had been raining. I would use this service again

Very good airport car park next door to Holiday Inn Express where we stayed on our return before driving home . The shuttle bus driver was very accommodating and returned us to the hotel door when we returned in the early hours. The shuttle bus was prompt and everything was easy and efficient. The only thing we do not like much is Stansted Airport itself.

All went well, no problems, good service at reception when arrived. Not waiting for minibus to airport. Pick up on return was punctual and driver friendly and polite. Car waiting after a short ride to parking site. Could do with better signs for the entrance to the car park, otherwise well done.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
