What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Easy to find and hassle free. The only issue is that you have to park and collect you car within the car pound yourself and this was not good as the ground was muddy and wet and therefore my shoes become very dirty. For this reason I doubt that I would use this company again.

Excellent service. The car drop off point was very well located and I got immediately transferred to the airport (only 5 minutes). On the way back, there was a bit of a wait, but overall I was very happy and will definitely be booking again.

I was really pleased and impressed with your service. The gates were opened quickly upon arrival to let me in and instructions were clear as to how to get there, so no faffing! The price was the cheapest of those I checked to park up for a week, but this was not compromised in quality. I'd definitely use you again!

We were very pleased with this service, its location, 5 minute transfer time to terminal and polite staff. The only drawback is on return waiting at Zone C in the pouring rain there was no queuing system and when the minibus arrived to take us to terminal it was a free for all with people jumping the queue which was rather unpleasant and unnecessary. Could a better system be introduced?

Easy process. Great location. Close to the airport. Brilliant shuttle bus service. Good value for money. In an ideal world the car park would be Tarmac. Lady on front desk was a little miserable too. I would use this service again!

Very good service. Did not wait long for a transfer either way. Close to airport. Only constructive point I would make is to have Tarmac or concrete car park, as it gets quite messy when wet.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
