No problems finding you. We were lucky we didn't have to wait long for the minibus, as it had just started raining and there was no place to take shelter, the office was small and would have been cramped if we took shelter in there. There was the foundation for what looks like more buildings, once they are erected, it will give The shelter while you wait. Will use you again very happy with the company.

There was an I Love Park & Ride (ILP&R) vehicle waiting to go to airport terminal as soon as I had arrived and checked my car in. On return the ILP&R vehicle turned up within 10 minutes of my phone call to say I was back. The journey between car park and terminal was just a few minutes. My car was waiting ready to go and there were no hold-ups or problems. Staff were courteous and well turned out. The price was very competitive. Only two minor niggles. On arrival I followed the written instructions to go to ILP&R Reception before taking my bags out of my car only to be told to go back and get my bags before registering and handing over my keys. On return to Stansted after my trip the vehicle that came to pick me up had, "I Love Airport Parking" as the company name - which was confusing since I was expecting a vehicle from a company called, "I Love Park & Ride". I would have no hesitation using the company again.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
