This went very well indeed. Superb service, no problems. Mini bus waiting when we reached the meeting point outside the terminal point on return journey. (The previous time we used this service, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes on a cold night). Friendly and helpful staff. Will use again if rates remain competitive. They could improve in a couple of ways: the parking area is loose stones and mud which is somewhat uneven and muddy after rain. They could pay to tarmac at least the fairly small customer car drop off area, to prevent muddy shoes, luggage etc, and to make moving luggage to office or minivan easier. There are metal steps up to the office but no ramp, which would be very easy to add. This makes it difficult too take luggage up if you need to wait out of rain, and this, plus previous point, would make the service unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The toilet is marked 'out of order, I think to prevent it being used by customers - if you ask, they are OK for you to use it and it seemed to work fine. Given that you are likely to have driven quite some distance, a toilet may be high on your priorities when arriving.

When we arrived they didn't appear to have received my booking via FHR, but they bent over backwards to sort things out for me once I showed them my confirmation email. We were whisked to the airport with very little hanging around and when we returned we were picked up within a few minutes!

Make sure you're aware that I love park and ride is presented as I love meet and greet on the pick up card, or vice versa. We waited 45 minutes, in which time the same driver came round three times, having seen us for the third time we eventually got out the car park. Great location, but continuity of branding in pickup card could have saved the whole rigmarole

Very good service. Easy access to the carpark with good directions. Left the keys and were driven to the terminal within 2 minutes by a good natured, joking driver. On return, were picked up within 10 minutes by a polite driver called Steve. My car was waiting for me with engine running, ready to drive away with a warm heater. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. In all, the experience was such that I'd have no hesitation in recommending your services and using you again. Thanks!

Prompt transfer, just a 10 mins wait for pickup, but the concerning bit is leaving your keys in a sealed envelope after parking up only to get back to find your car has moved, your keys are in the ignition, window down and drivers seat moved....

Arrival and transfer into Stansted fine and quick. On return we didn't have to wait too long but obviously that day there was a staff shortage due to sickness and the girl running the show had a lot to do so there was a minor staff issue. Cigarettes were left in the car - we will return when we come in 2 weeks time!!!! No problem. So overall very pleased and it was our first time with this company. We have already booked a second parking

The staff does a great job. The telephone system lets you down, having to do a complicated phone call in a noisy environment with sub-choosing "1" and being given music for ages, not being answered. This is by far the most stressful part of the journey, knowing that no-one will turn up unless I somehow make this phone call, which will not connect. Why not have a dedicated number without sub-choices. Less technical and less confusion. Then we know for sure if you answer or not. You provide at great parking option, but after yesterday's phone experience it will in my mind be called "I somewhat like Park and Ride". All credit to the hands-on staff, though.

SMALL BUT WELL RUN SITE AND ONLY FIVE MINUTES FROM AIRPORT. ON ARRIVAL FROM BOOKING IN AND PAPERWORK, CAR CHECK TO DEPARTURE TERMINAL 20 MINUTES MAX. ON RETURN 10MINS TILL PICKUP. Absolutely brilliant service. The first time I have used Love Park and Ride. Easy to find from the instructions, and was at the airport 10 minutes after arriving at the car park. On my return, I came through customs, made the phone call, and was picked up immediately. In fact I was back to my car within 10 minutes of clearing baggage reclaim. I would have no qualms about highly recommending this company to friends or anyone else for that matter.

Great service! Does exactly what it says on the tin. Drop off seamless & transfer to the terminal within a few minutes. Collection their waiting on our return. As good as a Meet & Greet service, only at a fraction of the cost. Really impressed & will definitely use again.
