I was not impressed at all with your instructions on how to get to the car park I had to drive around to find it. And as I had driven into the drop off park it cost me two pounds to get out. Also when we arrived back we had to wait because they could not locate my car. If this is the best you can do I will be finding another firm to park with

Good service both ways. The car park is only a couple of minutes drive from the Terminal so it is very convenient. No problems with depositing or collecting car.

Got to the parking lot and got.the parking near the office and right by the gate. Good and prompt transfers to and from the airport. All paperwork ready on arrival. Very efficient service. Parking lot is very secure.

Good value but car park is a bomb site. Arrived back in torrential rain and had to paddle through puddles to get to the car. They only had one minibus, so some of the party had to stay behind while we were taken, which felt wrong. Seems to be on a shoestring but could be excellent.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
