What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Perfect from the word go. Booking the parking online was quick and easy and when I contacted FHR about changes to my vehicle details I had a response quickly and my enquiry was dealt with with no fuss. We found the directions given to us easy to follow and when we arrived the parking assistant was waiting ready and took us to the airport straight away. He was also very friendly, easy to talk with and helped us with our luggage. on our return back from our trip there were long delays of which I notified I Love Park and Ride about and they were helpful, allowing us to just call when we were ready to go. Everything we could have hoped for was achieved with I Love park and Ride - highly recommend them!

Brilliant Car Park, 2 mins from the terminal. On the way back the driver was poorly so they dropped the car back to the terminal and gave me the £2 exit fee. Would absolutely recommend this car park.

Booked with I Love Park & Ride for a short break away, I had never heard of the company before but the customer reviews looked good. The staff were friendly, the service was great and made getting to and from the airport much easier than waiting around for the transfer buses. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great Value, Great Service! Does exactly what it says on the tin. Sat Nav is not going to find this car park, you'll be driving up and down the M11 until you run out of petrol! Do the right thing, call and get directions first. The service cannot be faulted, swift car and luggage handover, shuttle transport ready immediately, 6-7 minute transfer. Call them on your return and there's a 10 minute wait for collection. My car was waiting for me at the car park exit, engine running and driver door open. Another swift car and luggage handover saw me on my way without delay. It's a muddy car park, but you are paying a muddy car park price! Keep up the good work guys!

They were prompt, curteous and the van was very warm and comfortable. Our diesal van wouldn't start and they had already fixed it and got it running for us by the time we got to it. At nearly midnight we couldn't have been more grateful. We would 100% recommend this service.

Excellent service no waiting around dropped off promptly, picked up promptly and car ready and running to get a quick getaway. Improvements required as business beds in 1) tarmac area where cars are dropped off and picked up from. 2) Lighting pick up area so you can see what you are doing and signing Will use this service again.

Once again, Excellent ;-) Parked car, dropped off keys and then a short minibus ride to the airport and then picked up quickly and back to carpark and there's my car and off home! Can't fault "I Love Park and ride!" would recommend to any and everybody!!

Once you have found this place they are very efficient,my sat nav took me down the M11 slip road,but we could see the place and found it eventually,parking good and collection from the airport prompt.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
