Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?

Easy parking. Booked on line and all went well. Updated me re new phone numbers etc.. Easy to find, excellent directions. Friendly greeting and no fuss transfers. On return car was waiting for us. A bit of waiting but otherwise good. We waited for a bit for the gate to open and cars started lining up in the street behind us. Upon return I called AFTER we cleared customers and got our bags and waited about 10 min. However it's very close to the airport and car was in good condition upon pick up.

Hi, We (Mr & Mrs P Bower) arrived at `I Love Park & Ride' very early on a Wednesday morning (26th Nov). We found you very easily and were just a couple of minutes (which included unloading luggage and filling out a small amount of paperwork) before a lovely lady in a minibus whisked us off to the terminal in literally minutes. When we were dropped off we were asked to call the number on our paperwork as we were approaching the exit to the terminal and she would be with us within 5 mins - which - was almost exactly that. She asked if we had had a good trip and then took us back to our car. The gentleman at the Park & Ride had started our car and de-misted the windscreen for us - great. The is by far the easiest (and cheapest) experience we have had with regards to parking at an Airport and we will definitely use you on our next trip/holiday. Thanks very much

Fab location but car parked on gravel and the employees that park your car deposited lots of dirty gravel on my car's carpet and also swiped their dirty shoes across the sills whilst getting in and out of car. So because of this I will not be using again.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
