Absolutely excellent service, will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. Sorry didn't get the young man's name who picked us up at Stansted, but know he has a young baby and would like to thank him for taking our cases and putting them in the car for us as my husband has a walking stick.

transport to the terminal was fine but when we returned to Stansted we had to wait 25 mins because the driver had to wait for 3 of your other drivers to return them to the depot,i don't think that this was acceptable as it was a cold evening, surely the passengers should come first

Waited half an hour to be collected at the airport to go back to the car park, with 2 children stood outside in the cold, the driver arrived just as more people arrived to be collected - basically a free for all to get in the van, I told the driver we had been here for half an hour so we should be the first to be taken back, his reply 'I don't k now who called at what time' I was livid, was a ridiculous system, priority should be made to those who called first once leaving the terminal.

Took nearly half an hour to collect from outside the airport terminal on a cold and windy evening after being told the bus would be any minute. I then sat inbetween driver and front passenger without a seat belt. Once collected the driver stopped at a coin machine for several minutes whilst all in the packed transit van had to wait even longer to get back to our vehicles. Poor collection service and very unprofessional.

Very convenient for the airport and the shuttle service took me to Departures immediately after dropping off my car. I rang the number provided after collecting my luggage and they came to pick me up within 10 minutes. Hassle free and reliable.

We use this car parking service every time we come to Stansted but the last two times (March and October 2018) the check in service has been very grumpy and when we return, on both occasions no one knew where our car was parked!!!

Good service. Easy to find car park although when we arrived and asked where to park the attendant just waived in a vaque direction and then told us we were in wrong place. Apart from that all went smoothly and pick up was excellent. We phoned when we collected our luggage but the driver was already there. not the first time we have used your service..

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
