Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?

Once I negotiated the very tight drive into the site the service was excellent. Polite efficient and quick, which as it was raining was very helpful. Coming back likewise although I could have a bit of help loading my cases. One thing - If you had stated that the site is at the Holiday Inn turning it would have been helpful as the signage was not good at 3.00am. Sat nav took me past the turning.

Easy to find Quick service in the office Delivery to and collection from the airport polite and efficient Wonât stop me using them again but cars parked a bit too close together for my liking............not everybody is careful with their car doors.

No problems everything fairly straight forward. However, is it not possible to have pick-up waiting, or at least within a couple of minutes at Airport rather than having to ring. They are notified by us on our request form what plane we are returning on!

Experience was generally ok. the driver that took us to the airport was very quite. There was no offer to either load or unload the bags for us. The area surrounding the office was dry and dusty which was ok, I would not like to try to move my cases around on a wet day and then try to get them into the boot of my car. Everything would be filthy

After calling your office post customs on our return, your driver arrived within 10 minutes however we were then informed we would have to wait another 15 minutes as we couldn't all fit in the Mini bus !!!, having to wait half hour in total, not the best post a 5 hour flight !!! Unsure if we will book again albeit we have used you for the past 4 years, Regards

Excellent service from ease of the initial booking, parking the car on arrival at the parking area and then prompt transfer to the airport by the staff. We were collected following our arrival and taken back to our car. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
