On arrival at long stay car park we waited for transfer for over 45 minutes making us and othe passengers very anxious that we would miss our flight . 3 full busses passed full before we squeezed inside a bus. We and other passenger called the help number with not much help. The main problem was hundreds of people awaiting transfer with too infrequent buses - people not keeping queue as too many people to keep track - people running to bus stops before to jump queue: Total disaster - I wouldn’t use the service again . Smooth journey on way back to be fair

Getting to and from car park was great no problems. My only complaint is I paid for 9 days parking as I was landing at 2am in the morning, my holiday was cancelled and I rebooked and my parking slightly changed and now it was only 8 days parking I required as I was now landing at 19.30 hrs but ironically because of the change in hours I made I had to pay a further £24. I was seriously disappointed and angry and for that reason I won’t book with this company again.

Great car park,clearly signed. Slick entry with ticket issued .always fill in the reverse of the tickets it makes finding your car so much easier. Also ring the bell on the bus as it will drive pass your stop if you dont. Slick exit as well. One of the cheapest companys aswell.

Straight forward no hassle parking. Totally secure and regular shuttle buses, every 15 minutes, to and from the airport. Drove straight in and out with number plate recognition. Would thoroughly recommend.

By far and away the worst airport parking I have used. I usually allow half an hour for transfers but here it was an hour on the way in and 45 mins on the way back. Our trip was in August so it was busy but they had not geared up the buses to cope with this. They advertise 15 minute intervals but the first bus was full and we were left behind (along with c30 other customers). I would have expected them to send another bus quickly but it was over 30 minutes before the next. 4 buses came and went which were set-down only. Very stressful waiting and wondering. No staff on hand or any information. By the time we got on a bus the queue was enormous, many people were left behind and would have waited even longer. It is over 15 mins from the back of the carpark (only open zone when we arrived) to the airport. On the way back we waited the advertised 15 mins but the transfer took another 30 mins because there is one bus which visits every stop and also serves another carpark, so in the zone we were in that is a 30 minute trip. 2 weeks' parking was £120, they can afford a few more buses for that! So bad that I have been put off using Stansted airport and for next trip I have changed our flights to Gatwick.

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Find us with ease - add the post code into your sat nav:

Directions from London
Exit the M11 at Junction 8a and follow the directions below:
Take the left hand lane and follow the filter left.
At Priory Wood Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Round Coppice Road, you will pass the Novotel hotel on your left.
At the next roundabout take the first exit into the Long Stay car park.
Directions from Cambridge
Exit the M11 at Junction 8 and follow the directions below:
Take the A120 exit to Stansted Airport.
At Priory Wood Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Round Coppice Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit, you will pass the Novotel hotel on your left.
At the next roundabout take the first exit into the Long Stay car park.
To Enter:
Follow signs to our Long Stay car park. This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR) so the barrier should rise for you upon arrival. If not please press the call button for assistance. DO NOT insert your Credit Card, you may be charged again.
Once you have parked your vehicle in an open zone, board a courtesy bus which will drop you in front of the terminal building. Please ensure that the bus you board is going to the correct zone.
To Exit:
When you arrive back from your trip, follow in-terminal signs for 'Buses to Long Stay and JetParks car parks'. Courtesy buses are located at the Long Stay and JetParks bus stops in front of the terminal. Please tell the driver where you have parked (i.e. Long Stay, Zone E, Bus stop 3).
Once you've returned to your vehicle, drive up to the exit barrier. Either the barrier will raise or if you were issued with a ticket, insert your ticket. If you have pre-booked DO NOT insert Credit Card at the barrier as you may be charged again. The barrier will open for you to exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.
Blue Badge Bays are located in Zone Q.
Long Stay height restriction 3.5 m or 11' 6"
High vehicles, oversized vehicles and vehicles with trailers should use Zone Q.
When you arrive, the machine should take no more than about 15 seconds to recognise your number plate and give you a ticket. If this doesn't happen or you have any problems, just press the help button. Don't insert a credit or debit card or you may be charged again for your parking.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Stansted Airport's standard tariff - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
