Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30. Please call us using the number on your confirmation email 20 minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport and a MyCSL Member of Staff will arrange a meeting point with you. If you are travelling North on the M11 please call us when you are at Harlow Junction 7. If you are travelling South on the M11 please call us when you are at Saffron Walden Junction 10. Upon arrival at the arranged meeting point there will be a MyCSL Member of Staff ready to greet you. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon entry, Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you enter within the specified time of you calling us.What is the pick-up procedure?
1. Collect your luggage. 2. After you have collected your luggage, please call MyCSL using the number on your confirmation email. 3. A MyCSL Member of Staff will then arrange a meeting point with you. PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call MyCSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, you will be liable for any additional charges.. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon exit. Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you return within the specified return time of your call to us, as there are time limits in operation. Our Meet & Greet Service only operates between 04:45 and 23:30. The company will not be held responsible for flight cancellations and delays. If your flight is delayed past midnight, you have the option to make your way to our car park and retrieve your key from a lock box or wait until we re-open at 04:00 This information will be sent to you via Text Message with simple instructions. We recommend ASSOCIATED TAXIS the number on your confirmation6 the cost should be no more than £25.00.What security measures does the car park have?
Secured compounds with cctv and 24 hour guards. All CSL drivers are fully insured.What else do I need to know?
Please take your booking confirmation with you on the day of your parking. Entry and exit fee to be paid by customer (up to £10 on entry and £10 on exit, these are Stansted airport charges) * We do not accept licensed taxis or licensed private hire vehicles. We will also not accept minibuses which have more than 8 passenger seats. Vehicles in excess of 3m in length maybe refused during peak times. We also do not accept motorbikes - long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival if the extra has not already been prepaid to FHR The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30, if there are any delays and you arrive outside the M&G operating hours window, you will only be provided with the Park & Ride service.Address:

Despite arriving 3 hours late and waiting another two hours for my luggage I got my car back in under 15 minutes at 4.30 am. Only 4 I had been driven so you don’t have to worry about the car being taken to a far away destination.

Very prompt we dropped our car off for meet and greet at 04.15 driver already there. On return we were delayed 7 hrs waited 10mins for car to arrive great service

We had a very positive experience, we did not have to wait for too long for the collection and return of our car. Staff were polite and friendly and the cost was very reasonable. My brother was very impressed and he said he would use FHR in the future as would I.

I left the car and got it back in one piece. Good phone communication with the team. Sadly no clear instructions as where to leave the car resulting in the need to reverse causing a bit of a havoc in the one-way road. On return, we waited 15minutes in rain to receive the car. Not a bad turnaround if that is communicated at the outset rather than giving an optimistic 5min expectation. Though the service was very acceptable and good value for money, the comfort factor of a true valet is lacking. With slight adjustments, that can be achieved too.

Great on arrival. Immediate handover, staff member v helpful. Return pick up disappointing. Told I would need to wait 10-15 mins, but had to wait 35 mins. The guy who brought my car back was apologetic, but it seemed I’d simply been forgotten until I phoned them again!

This was brilliant - meet and greet for less than the price of parking with a courtesy bus transfer. Only thing to be aware of is that there's a £3.50 additional charge to get out of the car park, which we weren't aware of in advance.

Excellent service, speedy drop off and friendly staff. We were caught up in the Ryanair fiasco on our return so had to delay pick up but CSL were very helpful and we collected our car direct from the car park as we had flown back to City airport. Would definitely use again.

The ease of booking and following admin customer service was excellent, as was the return of our car to the airport when we arrived back in the UK. However we waited 20 odd minutes for the chauffeur to collect our car when we arrived at Stansted for our outward journey. We made several phone calls and each time were advised that the chauffeur had left and would be with us shortly - we were even asked if we were sure we couldn't see him! This was annoying; we would rather have been advised that there would be a delay than to be fobbed off like this, and of course, waiting around at the airport completely defeats the purpose of booking Meet and Greet. On this occasion it meant we didn't have time to eat at the airport before our flight. Very disappointing.

The service was good , we didn't have to wait very long in either direction. The thing I was surprised about was I had to pay to get out of the car park! This has not happened before when I've used a meet and greet service. Bearing in mind that I had paid for the service in advance, so not impressed with that.

The parking facility/service was great! But I did not expect to have to pay myself to leave the airport. Normally this would be included in the price for most other providers. Overall great, but that made me slightly disappointed.

This company does not inspire confidence that your car are in good hands. I found their whole process very slap dash. We contacted them as requested 20 minutes prior to us arriving at the terminal, we parked up in the designated spot but we still had to wait 25 minutes for them to arrive. I phoned them to find out were they where and to inform them that I would not be paying the fine for over staying at the drop off point. When they did there was no check of the car, they just handed us a slip of paper with instructions for when we returned Wen we did return we phoned them from the baggage area and they said that they would be 5 -10 minutes. So we went outside to wait for the car. 20 minutes later the car arrived and off we went.
