Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30. Please call us using the number on your confirmation email 20 minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport and a MyCSL Member of Staff will arrange a meeting point with you. If you are travelling North on the M11 please call us when you are at Harlow Junction 7. If you are travelling South on the M11 please call us when you are at Saffron Walden Junction 10. Upon arrival at the arranged meeting point there will be a MyCSL Member of Staff ready to greet you. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon entry, Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you enter within the specified time of you calling us.

What is the pick-up procedure?

1. Collect your luggage. 2. After you have collected your luggage, please call MyCSL using the number on your confirmation email. 3. A MyCSL Member of Staff will then arrange a meeting point with you. PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call MyCSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, you will be liable for any additional charges.. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon exit. Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you return within the specified return time of your call to us, as there are time limits in operation. Our Meet & Greet Service only operates between 04:45 and 23:30. The company will not be held responsible for flight cancellations and delays. If your flight is delayed past midnight, you have the option to make your way to our car park and retrieve your key from a lock box or wait until we re-open at 04:00 This information will be sent to you via Text Message with simple instructions. We recommend ASSOCIATED TAXIS the number on your confirmation6 the cost should be no more than £25.00.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secured compounds with cctv and 24 hour guards. All CSL drivers are fully insured.

What else do I need to know?

Please take your booking confirmation with you on the day of your parking. Entry and exit fee to be paid by customer (up to £10 on entry and £10 on exit, these are Stansted airport charges) * We do not accept licensed taxis or licensed private hire vehicles. We will also not accept minibuses which have more than 8 passenger seats. Vehicles in excess of 3m in length maybe refused during peak times. We also do not accept motorbikes - long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival if the extra has not already been prepaid to FHR The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30, if there are any delays and you arrive outside the M&G operating hours window, you will only be provided with the Park & Ride service.

Besides the problem with duck poo on the car, which the chauffeur apologised for, as well as keeping me waiting for nearly 25 minutes on return the service is very good.

We were delayed by a long queue at passport control. The normal closing time was 12pm but they rang me to say they will wait till 1am. I got out of the airport at 12.55am and the car was with me within 5 mins of ringing them

First time we have used a meet and greet.Paperwork simple as were instructions.Mileage noted on paperwork handed to me.Met on arrival, no problem.On return waited about 5 mins(We had no luggage to wait for.) Car arrived.Friendly people.Will definitely use again.

The waiting time should not be longer than 5 minutes otherwise it is not worth the extra cost. The drivers are clear and polite.

The drop off went smoothly as the driver was there waiting for me at the terminal, however when getting the car back there was a misunderstanding with the chauffeaur and I had to drive back with him to the car park where the car was stored. However saying that I will most likely use this service again

Surprised by the telephone number given... 0800 or worse still typed on back of paper as 0800 but actually a 800. Pay to call you? Let me see how much I'll pay for the calls so I can decide whether to recommend it or not. Perfect on way out. Bad on way back as the car took 30 minutes to show up on pick up area! May be because the tag on car key stated I was on arrival from the wrong city, though correct flight details were on booking?!?!

Drop Off - advised company 20 mins ahead of our arrival time at the airport as requested. It then took them 35 mins to turn up; which left me waiting with the car in the 'drop off only' lane at Stansted Airport for 15 mins with a plane to catch. Collection - advised them of our arrival at 3.55pm they turned up with the car at 4.25pm, the car computer showed that the car had only been driven for 6 mins before I got into it. Why did it take 20 minutes from my call before anybody started my car. Drivers - the drivers were all courteous but apologetic. Vehicle - the car was returned with rust stains on the roof and boot lid. Evidently the vehicle had been parked in a location with rusty water dripping onto it from above.

Well done guys. Little mix up on return, but not an issue. It was out of your normal hours and it meant I could have a coffee before the drive back to Norwich. I've used you before and will continue to do so in the future.

I phoned the Meet & Greet company at least 20mins before arriving at Stansted as requested and got an answer phone message, I asked them to call me back confirming my booking, but no response. When I phoned again I was obviously nearer the airport, approx 10mins and they said they would be there in 15/20mins. 25mins later they turned up, I had already been questioned by the Police outside the airport. As I was hand luggage only on a business trip time was of the essence. On the return they were more punctual delivering muy car back but apologized for it being dusty due to the fields and I still have not managed to remove the reference number from my rear wind screen. Not a very professional set up.

The meet and greet chauffeurs were much slower than I have experienced previously with other companies. At drop off and collection points I waited about 20 minutes. I would expect 5 or 10 minutes to be the normal waiting time. The drivers were friendly and courteous though

We are frequent meet and greet users and always shop around for best price. This was the cheapest and service excellent. We arrived far earlier on our outward journey than expected but they still managed to meet us to take the car as soon as we reached the airport.

Good service on drop offat the start of our holiday. official and signature. check of car etc. Not so good on pick up after arrivals.A delay in delivery and no check on the person collecting the car. The keys were just handed over without any documents or signature. The keys could have been handed to anybody!! This part of the service needs tighter securtity..Otherwise a good service.
