Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30. Please call us using the number on your confirmation email 20 minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport and a MyCSL Member of Staff will arrange a meeting point with you. If you are travelling North on the M11 please call us when you are at Harlow Junction 7. If you are travelling South on the M11 please call us when you are at Saffron Walden Junction 10. Upon arrival at the arranged meeting point there will be a MyCSL Member of Staff ready to greet you. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon entry, Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you enter within the specified time of you calling us.What is the pick-up procedure?
1. Collect your luggage. 2. After you have collected your luggage, please call MyCSL using the number on your confirmation email. 3. A MyCSL Member of Staff will then arrange a meeting point with you. PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call MyCSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, you will be liable for any additional charges.. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon exit. Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you return within the specified return time of your call to us, as there are time limits in operation. Our Meet & Greet Service only operates between 04:45 and 23:30. The company will not be held responsible for flight cancellations and delays. If your flight is delayed past midnight, you have the option to make your way to our car park and retrieve your key from a lock box or wait until we re-open at 04:00 This information will be sent to you via Text Message with simple instructions. We recommend ASSOCIATED TAXIS the number on your confirmation6 the cost should be no more than £25.00.What security measures does the car park have?
Secured compounds with cctv and 24 hour guards. All CSL drivers are fully insured.What else do I need to know?
Please take your booking confirmation with you on the day of your parking. Entry and exit fee to be paid by customer (up to £10 on entry and £10 on exit, these are Stansted airport charges) * We do not accept licensed taxis or licensed private hire vehicles. We will also not accept minibuses which have more than 8 passenger seats. Vehicles in excess of 3m in length maybe refused during peak times. We also do not accept motorbikes - long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival if the extra has not already been prepaid to FHR The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30, if there are any delays and you arrive outside the M&G operating hours window, you will only be provided with the Park & Ride service.Address:

Absolutely brilliant, we had 2 cars that we booked in, the staff were very polite, extremely helpful and thier time keeping was spot on with the drop of and the pickup, all in all i found the service faultless, a big thank you for making our journey easier....will defently be using this company again...

If someone is there to meet you when you arrive at the airport, and bring your car with the minimum of delay when you return, that is good service. FHR and their associates seem to do this every time for us, so while they remain competitive I shall continue to book their meet and greet service. Thank you.

called several times before arrival at airport and each time reached their answerphone for a meet and greet-not what you want when you are already stressing about missing a flight. On return nobody told we needed to pay £2.50 to exit the car park.We only just had enough money to get out.

i have used for f h r for many year i booked meet and greet with csl on my return my car which is 4 weeks old came back disgusting tree sap was all over it cost me 20£ to have cleaned not happy with csl

Arrived 45 minutes after I call to advise I would be with them. Made 3 further telephone calls chasing up and was advised driver was on the way. The drivers who arrived had no idea they were so late and were perfectly nice, however some serious communications breakdown somewhere. Left me having to race through the airport as I had booked what I thought was a super speedy service, turns out that is not nearly the case on this evidence.

Good service on drop-off and collect days. You could improve your service by identifying a location within the S.Term car park where the returning driver will wait so that the car owner has more chance to spot the car. Use of the hazard lights could perhaps help.

My only negative comment is that, unlike some of your competitors, you do not disclose that I also had to pay to get in and out of the drop off points on top of my fee to you. Not using stansted before, I did not know they charge for that. This is what originally swayed me to you, when I was pricing the options. Your drivers were very courteous and polite and I can't fault your service; thank you for making our journey that much easier.
