Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30. Please call us using the number on your confirmation email 20 minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport and a MyCSL Member of Staff will arrange a meeting point with you. If you are travelling North on the M11 please call us when you are at Harlow Junction 7. If you are travelling South on the M11 please call us when you are at Saffron Walden Junction 10. Upon arrival at the arranged meeting point there will be a MyCSL Member of Staff ready to greet you. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon entry, Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you enter within the specified time of you calling us.

What is the pick-up procedure?

1. Collect your luggage. 2. After you have collected your luggage, please call MyCSL using the number on your confirmation email. 3. A MyCSL Member of Staff will then arrange a meeting point with you. PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call MyCSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, you will be liable for any additional charges.. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon exit. Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you return within the specified return time of your call to us, as there are time limits in operation. Our Meet & Greet Service only operates between 04:45 and 23:30. The company will not be held responsible for flight cancellations and delays. If your flight is delayed past midnight, you have the option to make your way to our car park and retrieve your key from a lock box or wait until we re-open at 04:00 This information will be sent to you via Text Message with simple instructions. We recommend ASSOCIATED TAXIS the number on your confirmation6 the cost should be no more than £25.00.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secured compounds with cctv and 24 hour guards. All CSL drivers are fully insured.

What else do I need to know?

Please take your booking confirmation with you on the day of your parking. Entry and exit fee to be paid by customer (up to £10 on entry and £10 on exit, these are Stansted airport charges) * We do not accept licensed taxis or licensed private hire vehicles. We will also not accept minibuses which have more than 8 passenger seats. Vehicles in excess of 3m in length maybe refused during peak times. We also do not accept motorbikes - long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival if the extra has not already been prepaid to FHR The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30, if there are any delays and you arrive outside the M&G operating hours window, you will only be provided with the Park & Ride service.

Drop off was very good but took 20 mins from the first time I called them after picking up luggage, we were told would only take 5 mins and would be there by the time we went to the pick up area.

This was my first time to use this type of service which I found to be convenient , value for money and good service. However I have since heard some horror stories about other similar Stansted providers. So .... long may your CAREFUL care of the cars continue! Thank you!

I had to wait half hour for my car to be delivered back to me the reason explained was they couldn't find my paperwork. Also was given the ticket to get out of the carpark and was told i needed to pay the £2 fee. Which I wasn't aware of before travelling and other companies I have used for meet & Greet have all given me a ticket which they have paid for.

Overall very good online and customer service. Some clarity needed eg when picking up car from Stanstead short term. Online it looked like all included and no car park charge. On the day this seemed to change. But as driver was late (nearly half hour) he said he was going to pay it. Which was the first I heard of potentially having to pay. More about clarity online than anything else. Saying that, the driver was professional etc so no issues there.

Although when we called enroute to the airport they had no record of the booking with in a few minutes of pulling up outside the terminal a driver arrived to collect the car! The delivery of the car on return was also punctual only having to wait 5-10mins from telling them we were ready. Staff were very friendly, professional and polite.
