Very close to airport so short transfer. However upon return the car was sprayed with mud indicating it was parked at some muddy field. Not too happy as car had just been washed. On the plus side it was the cheapest option...

FHR refused to offer an alternative date to park when flight was cancelled. However at the chaper end of parking if that sort of thing doesn’t bother.

The positive things about CSL is that they are cheap, fairly cheerful and their transport vehicles good. The negative, I've used them for years and have noticed a steady drop of what were already pretty low standards. Their drop off reception has always been a poorly maintained tatty mess, and it seems to me that they have fewer staff so wait times have increased steadily over the last few years. May be time to move to a different company for the next trip.

We found the car park easily. The turnaround from leaving our car and getting a comfortable ride in the provided transport to the airport was very quick. Then on our return the same transport was waiting outside the airport, so we also had a very quick return drive to our car. would definitely use fhr/car storage ltd again.

Good service, quick transfer time and bus arrived promptly once arrived back at Stansted. Should be more clearly displayed on FHR website that there is an additional £1 per way per person shuttle bus transfer charge on top of the quoted price.

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collection

Arrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF

Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.

Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.

It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.

Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE
There is a transfer charge of £1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.

Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.

3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel

Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
hi i have a vw caddy maxi, it is the same length as my estate ford focus. Is this ok?They will accept a vw caddy as it is the same size as a car
