We have used CSL many times over the years and find them reliable and great value. We were back at our car in no time from the airport. Few points to remember is you need to add a pound per adult each way to the total cost. It would make more sense to just increase the Base cost than have this annoying charge, and that the drop off point is at the flags and you can't go wrong.

Very good service. Well worth the fee. Drive in, leave your car and keys. Hopped straight into minibus and arrived at Airport within 10 minutes. Dropped right outside entrance. On Return. Called number provided, waited approx 10 minutes and Minibus arrived to pick us up. Straight back to where our car was waiting. Picked up keys and drove home. Easy!

These guys operate a very efficient service. We pulled up in the car gave them the key and paid for the bus to the airport which is 2 pound per person for the return journey which is great value. The drop off site is only 10 mins around the corner so on our return leg when we were shattered we did not have to wait long for our pickup. I hope this company keeps going from strength to strength as they operate a very tight efficient ship.

very lose to airport and very prompt and shuttling you back and forth to airport which is all very good, but wen we arrived home discovered doors unlocked and one left slightly open so light must have ben left on as battery dead, ok they managed to charge it up with the battery pack, but we then couldn't stop for a good hour as we were afraid it wouldn't start again, also that has also flattened my battery in my key so can no longer use the fob to open the door.

The service on arrival was fine. Quick speedy transfer ...no problem. On return all fine - a slight delay in pick up. My main concern was the attitude of the man in reception - short chap with glasses. Talk about abrupt without any need to be. He was having a bit of a meltdown and was borderline aggressive. His telephone manner during a call and then after was a poor advert for the company. Also my car was blocked in...should it be when im expected?? I would use again as it is convenient....but he needs to take a chill pill......

Drop off and pick up were excellent, very prompt. The £1 transfer pp each way was not made clear up front, which I found annoying and put an extra £4 on my cost of parking.

This company left my wife and myself in the lurch because my Ryanair flight from Lisbon was 1hour and 20 minutes late, I switched my phone off during the flight and if it wasn't for another couple with the same problem who told me there is a message on your phone with a code on it to collect your keys from a box outside there office door, I had to get a taxi to there office and with the waiting around cost me £15 when the agreement is that I should be picked up and ferried to their office, they are running a 24 hour business and should fulfil there obligations to the letter, I am appalled at this companies attitude towards it's customers thus to say that I will not be using them again. I was picked up exactly the ten minutes they stated. Helped to put suitcase in van. Two very cheery chaps. Quick journey. Even put my suitcase into my vehicle and started up car and opened door for me! What more can I say!

The service was excellent. We were brought to the airport and collected very quickly, super efficient. My only comment is the nonsense of having to pay 'transfer to the airport' of £2. Surely that is part of the service, so just add it the price of the parking and remove that little annoyance.

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collection

Arrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF

Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.

Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.

It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.

Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE
There is a transfer charge of £1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.

Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.

3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel

Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
hi i have a vw caddy maxi, it is the same length as my estate ford focus. Is this ok?They will accept a vw caddy as it is the same size as a car
