Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.What is the pick-up procedure?
On return from your trip please go to the Meet & Greet Reception office located by the Meet & Greet car park. Staff will return your keys and direct you to your car.What security measures does the car park have?

Not really "Meet & Greet" On arrival - easy to find, easy to park, 100m walk to office, easy to book in, close to departures. On departure - easy to collect key, verbally told location, 200m walk to find car, not easy to find, not easy to remember location. Need to be provided with map with car highlighted on actual location. Good value, but not as good as other airports.

I am registered with FHR and have used them regularly for a long time. I recently used them for 11 days parking at Stansted 26 Sep-6 Oct. Unfortunately, the next day I found that Looking4Parking were £10 cheaper. The Stansted Meet & Greet is not M&G in the true sense of the title. i.e. No one meets you and takes your car away and delivers it to you on your return. In fact you leave your car in the Short Term Car Park, drop off your keys in the office and walk 5 minutes to the terminal. Similarly on your return. The operation is quite slick.

Meet and Greet at Stansted has evolved into a highly organised, stress free, value for money exercise which in my opinion is now difficult to better. I would thoroughly recommend it. The drop off and pick up car park is immediately adjacent to the terminal so no long walks or bus rides. It is well staffed with no shortage of polite and helpful personnel.

Very convenient. Two suggestions. Don’t use a trolley after leaving your car unless you really need to. It creates a long uphill walk to get in the terminal. Secondly on return if given a lane number to find your car don’t get confused with letters. We were told our car was in Row 9. So having looked in A9 B9 etc. without success we found the Rows are further along the front of the terminal. I suggest you print a little map on the back of the card you give clients when dropping off their cars.

Easy booking process and reasonable value. Extremely quick and easy on arrival to park and leave keys. Efficient and friendly staff made the experience very pleasant and stress free. We had an extremely long delay back due to the terrible service of Ryanair and so in contract the excellent communication and service provided by the parking helped immensely in what was already a stressful journey home. Good text communication and super easy pick up on final arrival back to Stansted. Would recommend and use this service again.

I was quite disappointed, dropping off the queue was huge, when hubby finally got to the front he was told our car wasn’t booked in, so I then joined the queue to query this, and of course it was booked in.was another long queue coming back but all ok,. We have always used the car parks outside the airports previously and found them much quicker. I also found the staff quite aloof..

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Set your maps to London Stansted Airport and leave the M11 at J8 from the north or J8a from the south.
Follow the signs for London Stansted Airport to the Bassingbourn roundabout and take the second exit onto Thremhall Avenue.
At Coopers End roundabout, take the third exit, following signs to the Short Stay Car Parks.
Take the second entrance on the left, signposted M&G.

New Arrival Procedure
Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.
Return Procedure:
On return from your trip please go to the Meet & Greet Reception office located by the Meet & Greet car park. Staff will return your keys and direct you to your car.

The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.
Meet & Greet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on the Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £25 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
