Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.What is the pick-up procedure?
On return from your trip please go to the Meet & Greet Reception office located by the Meet & Greet car park. Staff will return your keys and direct you to your car.What security measures does the car park have?

Height Restriction: 7ft Hours of operation: 24 hours. The Meet & Greet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff. Easy to find simple book car in. But did have a problem letting you know the flight was delayed on return. staff helpful at the car park would use again.

All seemed a bit manic in the office. Wasn't too bad dropping the car off but picking up it appeared very disorganised. One man complaining about a large scratch down the side of his vehicle. The staff were all busy and working hard so maybe more staff are needed at peak times? Also it wasn't very clear how to exit in our car? The arrows all pointed in different directions. Needs to be clearer to avoid an accident.

Checking in wasn't a problem - very efficient. Picking up the car, a complete nightmare! Plane arrived at 12.15 - picked up cases and arrived at 'M & G' offices at 12.50pm - -- long queue - maybe 20+ people. Eventually at 1.20pm I picked up the KEYs - a simple 4/5 minute transaction. When complaining they told me they were short-staffed! It should have been so simple - never again!!

Very friendly and helpful service. They have managed everything very professionally, even though I forgot the correct lane and location I've left my car due to all the traveling rush. Highly recommended however let yourself a bit more time to get there and leave your car as it is sometimes very busy and quite big traffic.

Car park🚗 by was fine and about 5-8 minute walk if that to terminal. Going out was fine but the key collection was a bit chaotic. Could do with a more organised key collection or more staff at peak periods.

All went very smoothly The only point I would make is that the drivers should not alter any of the vehicles settings The climate control settings had been switched off and the radio station changed

I've used you in the past and things have been great. But on this occasion the automatic drop off machines were broken / didn't recognise my Reg no. As a result i had to queue along with many others. On return i was initially given the wrong key. On the plus side your staff were very courteous and handled things well.

Nice and quick, easy to use and get parked up . Not so close as other meet and greets at other airports as car can be parked a long way from where you pick keys up! ok if weather nice, not so clever if raining!

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Set your maps to London Stansted Airport and leave the M11 at J8 from the north or J8a from the south.
Follow the signs for London Stansted Airport to the Bassingbourn roundabout and take the second exit onto Thremhall Avenue.
At Coopers End roundabout, take the third exit, following signs to the Short Stay Car Parks.
Take the second entrance on the left, signposted M&G.

New Arrival Procedure
Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.
Return Procedure:
On return from your trip please go to the Meet & Greet Reception office located by the Meet & Greet car park. Staff will return your keys and direct you to your car.

The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.
Meet & Greet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on the Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £25 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
