Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.What is the pick-up procedure?
On return from your trip please go to the Meet & Greet Reception office located by the Meet & Greet car park. Staff will return your keys and direct you to your car.What security measures does the car park have?

Height Restriction: 7ft Hours of operation: 24 hours. The Meet & Greet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff. Very pleased with the service we received, nice and close to the airport, no waiting for buses, prompt service and no issues with us arriving 2 hours later on our return because of a flight delay. Would highly recommend .

Although a few £s more than some other operators doing meet and greet this OFFICIAL Stansted meet and greet is far superior and well worth the extra….. easy, quick and efficient. As my husband is disabled, we need a smooth system. Ishan’t make the mistake of using a substitute again!

Second time I parked there. Because I travel a lot I use FHR to see which of the carparks are cheapest. This time it was Meet & Greet. Staff very polite. Parking conveniently just below the terminal, not waiting around for transfers. I would use again. Only downside it that it is very costly to add a few days on, £25 per day compared to my other favourites Bubble and Maple, where they charge you £7 per day extra. They have have my preference, but if I know I have to be back I am also happy with Meet & Greet.

everything worked well but the service has changed since we were last able to travel. We used to be met at the entrance to the airport and our car was delivered to the same place upon our return. We now find that we have quite a lot of walking which is difficult for us to manage.

Price was good and set up at Stansted is good HOWEVER your instructions were incorrect and sent us to the valet parking and not the meet and greet we had booked. This meant we had to negotiate with the valet parking attendants to let us out of the valet area and £7 charge which we managed to do but the arrival process was far from ideal! The Stansted staff told us it wouldn't happen if we booked directly with them. Suggest you ensure arrival instructions are correct in your booking confirmations and emails

Very easy process to book and very convenient parking at the airport. Not really meet and greet but just as convenient as you park right at the terminal and pick your car up in the same area.

Directions for Stansted Meet & Greet Official
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Set your maps to London Stansted Airport and leave the M11 at J8 from the north or J8a from the south.
Follow the signs for London Stansted Airport to the Bassingbourn roundabout and take the second exit onto Thremhall Avenue.
At Coopers End roundabout, take the third exit, following signs to the Short Stay Car Parks.
Take the second entrance on the left, signposted M&G.

New Arrival Procedure
Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.
Return Procedure:
On return from your trip please go to the Meet & Greet Reception office located by the Meet & Greet car park. Staff will return your keys and direct you to your car.

The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.
Meet & Greet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on the Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £25 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
