As often some difficulty finding out booking on arrival but resolved. On collecting car the Audi car was logged as a Toyota causing confusion. Still find Meet and Greet a preferable parking option.

Luckily arrived at the airport 2 hours before flight as we only just made it. On arrival there was a huge queue for the meet and greet car park which also led to the access road being blocked so cars and buses couldn't get past to the other car parks. I think the problem was caused by only one barrier working but they should have a member of staff on the access road to prevent the chaos. Don't know if this was a fault or on purpose due to not enough staff to process cars or other operational reason. The staff in the office were helpful and polite and were processing us as quick as possible. I probably would use them again but would made sure I arrived in plenty of time and not presume it is any quicker than other parking options

Used a few times now and very easy, more so than the meet & greet guys who take your car away - far less standing around time - here you park, drop your keys, land, collect keys and drive away. We had a significant delay and updated them as per the notes for these situations with a text - no issues and easy again upon our return. Will continue to use as long as the prices don't increase

First of all this is NOT a Meet & Greet Service. No one meets you and no one greets you. It is basically a car park that runs outside the main terminal on the lower level outside, You go to a barrier, they let you in. You park the car in the allocated lane and then you walk to their office located nearer the terminal, leave your keys etc. So it's a car park, near the terminal, on site.

Excellent. Only minor gripe was that there was only one person processing incoming cars at 5am and a long queue developed . When everyone is striving to get to check in this quickly becomes an issue. However a second person emerged and the queue diminished. Very happy that the meet and greet is so handy at Stansted - quite a contrast to Gatwick !

Not strictly 'Meet and Greet'!! You enter the meet and greet car park and park your car in a 'bay' (row of cars) and then have to go across the car park to a portacabin type office to hand your keys in. We got soaked getting across the car park as it happened to be raining heavily at the time. We were given a card to present in the same office on our return. On our return we went to this office and a member of staff returned our car key and told us where to fine the car, parked about 150metres away. In hind sight it was better than parking in the long stay car park but not as good as the meet and greet service we are used to at Gatwick and Heathrow.

I didn't have any problems with the service received or how easy it was to use the service at all, there was however a couple of things I felt I needed to comment on. The Meet & Greet was really just parking your car in the closest short stay car park & then putting your keys into a drop off machine, which I did think afterwards I hope I haven't forgetten my passport because I am not sure how easy it would be to get the keys back The irritating part for me was whoever it was that moved my car had changed every single seat setting possible, I understand that the leg room would need to be adjusted but to change the lumber, tilt settings & the height of the seat was so high had my partner got in the driver seat he would have hit his head, I am still trying to get my seat right now after being back 4 days
