Full English and Continental breakfast from 6am to 10am Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays Full English and Continental breakfast is available from 6.30am to 10.30am. Children under 13 eat free on dinner and breakfast packages.

Neighbouring leisure facilities with swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a steam room. A pass costs £6 per adult and £2.50 per child

Perfectly suitable to overnight before an early morning flight. Well run and efficient. Food is nothing to get excited about, but ok. Our. Room was clean, as it should be. There were not enough plug points and a space to lay out a suitcase. No lift to first floor, which is a problem if you have cases. The parking and taxi transfers worked well

Hotel was very nice, room was nice, but a lot of walking to the room! Good choice of restaurants. Although I had a Chicken Parmigiana, which was over priced and lacking in sauce and the chicken was overcooked. The couple next to me also eating in the bar restaurant were also disappointed with their meals. They looked after my car while I was away which I have only had for 3 days from brand new, so it was immaculate. When it was returned to me it was caked in dirt and sap, which was really hard to clean off!

everything was really good only problem hotel did not book cab for the airport which caused a delay getting to the airport had to wait an extra 15min for taxi. Better to ring your self at least you know it is done.!!

Car parking was ok but the room we were given was awful 343. Was smelly and like being in a cave. Should have realised when we got there as the window was wide open and it was cold. All old rickety furniture, squeaky bed. Walls all uneven and just painted over. Sure it was once a storeroom. Tiles all cracked in the bathroom. Bed linen clean though. Will consider whether to stay here again as there seem to be plenty other car parking with hotels close by.

I was surprised to find that the transfer details had been changed to be a taxi in both directions rather than the shuttle bus which had been available on past visits which added to the cost. As a single traveller this means that I would have paid less to stay at a different hotel which did provide a shuttle service

Hotel very busy when we arrived but found Reception staff to be very polite and helpful. Room very comfortable. Only downside were the Restaurants. One was very busy and the one we chose did not have a great deal of choice. Staff were very attentive but felt the food available on the buffet service could have been better.

Hotel was comfortable and reception staff very helpful. We were able to check in early as they had a room available and this meant that we had time to use the pool, steam and sauna. We ate at the hotel as without driving there is no real alternative. The "pub" menu was rather limited so we opted for the a la carte restaurant which was nice albeit a bit expensive. Car parking worked well and taxi transfers to and from the hotel were efficient and no more expensive for 2 people than the shuttle bus. This was a good value package for overnight hotel stay before our early morning flight and 19 days parking.

Pre-Authorisation Policy
A pre-authorisation of up to £50.00 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable 7-10 days after check-out provided no additional charges have been incurred.

Coming off at Junction 10 from the M23, follow the signpost to the A264 for East Grinstead. At the first roundabout head straight over, you will then shortly arrive at another roundabout.
At the Copthorne roundabout take the 4th exit, just passed the turning for the Copthorne Hotel sign posted for Three Bridges on the A2220.
Proceed down Copthorne Road, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the Balcombe Road, continue down this road past the Hillside Inn pub on your left.
Approaching a mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Turners Hill Road.
Travel along Turners Hill Road, after the Flyover take the first left into the Hotel which is situated 100yards on the first exit on the right hand side.
From the Copthorne Roundabout the hotel has brown signposts along the route.

Parking is on site at hotel, youÂ’ll need to give your keys to the hotel in case your car needs to be moved into the long stay area of the car-park whilst youÂ’re away.
Overnight Parking will be chargeable at £10 if you have not booked an on site parking package.

Is the cost of the shuttle bus to and from the airport included in the price quoted.The price quoted does not include the cost for airport transfers. They are as follows
What about transfers to the Airport ? Cost ? Regularity ? Length of journey ?They have regular transfers to the airport. It takes 10 - 15 minutes.Transfers run every hour between 04:22 and 23:22 outside these hours taxis can be booked at clients own cost.
