My fiancé and I booked The Copthorne Gatwick as a park and stay package, Lovely Hotel... Lovely rooms apart from the temperature was ridiculously hot. Ideal stay before flying away for our Christmas break to Cyprus!! Great value for money and would definitely recommend

Great hotel stayed before and were very happy with our lovely room. Everyone nice and friendly quick checkin with pleasant staff. Nice and clean throughout the hotel. We had a meal in the al a carte restaurant it was nice but probably not worth the money and the glass of wine and pint of beer later in the bar was way way way over priced. I think we paid over 11.00 pounds. To much, but apart from this which I think the management should look into we had a perfect stay. We will stay here again.

Lovely hotel close to Gatwick. Have used FHR before and will continue to do so. We stayed at the Copthorne and last year at the Crowne Plaza. Couldn't fault either. Excellent service.

Hotel was lovely and easy to find. We felt the car was safe while we were away and we were able to take our keys with us. However, where we we're let down was on our way to the airport the shuttle bus did not turn up meaning we eventually booked a taxi after waiting half an hour. Also when we returned and eager to get on the road for the long drive back, we needed a ticket to get our car out of the car park the receptionist was unable to find any of our details on the system, I believe this is because we took our keys with us but is not an excuse.

I FIND THE FACT THAT THE BUS ONLY GOES TO THE TERMINAL AND RETURN ONLY HOURLY UNACCEPTABLE AFTER A LONG FLIGHT HOME. TAXI FROM AIRPORT IS VERY EXENSIVE

Parking really easy. Hotel very nice. Car moved while away. The receptionist said row B or C 39 just look out for it. I do think they should know exactly where rows and bays are. It is not that big. Having been here a few times are aware. When we arrived in our room another couple were there. They had asked to move as the smell of paint. About 1.30 hours later housekeeper arrived and wasn't aware they had moved. Reception should have got her to check the room before we checked in as the toilet had been used.

Excellent service throughout: Reception is fully set up for this type of traveller even down to making your taxi booking to the airport; the ambience in the Public areas (bars & restaurants) is serene & efficient; the food in the Restaurant is tasty & plentiful; the rooms are comfortable, spacious & well-appointed. Overall an excellent stay 10/10.

Pre-Authorisation Policy
A pre-authorisation of up to £50.00 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable 7-10 days after check-out provided no additional charges have been incurred.
Coming off at Junction 10 from the M23, follow the signpost to the A264 for East Grinstead. At the first roundabout head straight over, you will then shortly arrive at another roundabout.
At the Copthorne roundabout take the 4th exit, just passed the turning for the Copthorne Hotel sign posted for Three Bridges on the A2220.
Proceed down Copthorne Road, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the Balcombe Road, continue down this road past the Hillside Inn pub on your left.
Approaching a mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Turners Hill Road.
Travel along Turners Hill Road, after the Flyover take the first left into the Hotel which is situated 100yards on the first exit on the right hand side.
From the Copthorne Roundabout the hotel has brown signposts along the route.
Parking is on site at hotel, youÂ’ll need to give your keys to the hotel in case your car needs to be moved into the long stay area of the car-park whilst youÂ’re away.
Overnight Parking will be chargeable at £10 if you have not booked an on site parking package.
