Full English and Continental breakfast from 6am to 10am Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays Full English and Continental breakfast is available from 6.30am to 10.30am. Children under 13 eat free on dinner and breakfast packages.

Leisure

Neighbouring leisure facilities with swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a steam room. A pass costs £6 per adult and £2.50 per child

Very comfortable, very convenient for Gatwick. Taxi booked turned up as expected (was actually 5 mins early) and was very helpful, cheerful etc. Can't really fault it apart from a slight hiccup charging items to my room. But all resolved amicably.

Excellent hotel with 15 days parking included. Despite me booking the wrong day they found me an upgraded room as all the normal rooms were taken. They didn't make me feel stupid and were thoroughly proffessional. It cost £35 extra but it was well worth it! A lovely room and the transaction was painless. Next time I fly from gatwick on holiday I will certainly book through FRH again!

Despite there being several members of staff at reception when we checked in, we had to ask for someone to help after waiting some time. The room was OK, but nothing special for a 4 star hotel, which was also true of other areas of the hotel that we saw. We ate in the pub and the food was good, but the service was slow and nothing to write home about. We took a taxi to the airport, which took about 10 mins. Unfortunately when we called for collection upon arrival back at Gatwick, the taxi was sent to the wrong terminal, then took ages to get to us (and charged slightly more than our transfer to the airport). When we collected the car from the hotel, it was annoying to find that the driver's seat had been adjusted; we were not given a validated ticket, so had to request assistance to get through the car park barrier. Although it was a convenient and reasonably priced option for an overnight stay before travelling to the airport, I wouldn't rush to book this hotel again.

Nice hotel. Food good. Good experience. Taxi is extra and they will offer you an upgrade which is actually a good deal if you are eating and drinking. They offer you breakfast which is good, a free drink (which is £4 a pint/glass), Internet and a far superior room. The food is not expensive for this type of hotel and the location is lovely, only 10 minutes from the airport.

Nice hotel - Copthorne Pak - easy pick up and drop offs at airport. Room clean / small but suitable for the few hours we were there. Hotel staff great. Book early - price goes up quickly nearer the date Would use again but would book earlier.

Excellent location for Gatwick Airport. All went very smoothly. Only slight negative, but only slight, was the distance of our room from the main reception which seemed to take ages to get to and from. Apart from that all was good. Taxi picked us up from hotel to airport on time and again from airport to hotel as soon as we phoned through. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and also staying overnight rather than worrying about how well the M25 is behaving early morning.

Would highly recommend it. We have stayed there a few times and found the staff really helpful. Our flight was delayed and when we arrived at Gatwick in the early hours the taxi firm we were trying to contact were not picking up the phone so I phoned the hotel and they connected to the firm and the taxi was there just as we got to the pick up point. On booking into hotel the room we were given didn't have a TV so we got complimentary breakfast.

As always excellent - only one problem and we have had it once before, when we booked we explained we would be staying on return. Asked when our arrival would be we said we would be arriving in the early hours of Monday morning it was one of those flights (4 hrs) were we should have arrived 1 am Monday morning and was delayed so we actually arived 5am Monday morning. On booking in absolutely feeling drained. We had a lecture regarding not making it clear when we would arrive Sunday or Monday. It didnt matter as a room was available. But after eight hours of travelling and needing a bed desperately, we did not need a telling off. I thought I explained our arrival clearly, but if I didn't ,I would expect your staff to clarify, exactly when we would arrive. The room was as is always perfect and I really only had that one little moan. We have been using you for many years and will continue to do so.

Pre-Authorisation Policy
A pre-authorisation of up to £50.00 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable 7-10 days after check-out provided no additional charges have been incurred.

Coming off at Junction 10 from the M23, follow the signpost to the A264 for East Grinstead. At the first roundabout head straight over, you will then shortly arrive at another roundabout.
At the Copthorne roundabout take the 4th exit, just passed the turning for the Copthorne Hotel sign posted for Three Bridges on the A2220.
Proceed down Copthorne Road, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the Balcombe Road, continue down this road past the Hillside Inn pub on your left.
Approaching a mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Turners Hill Road.
Travel along Turners Hill Road, after the Flyover take the first left into the Hotel which is situated 100yards on the first exit on the right hand side.
From the Copthorne Roundabout the hotel has brown signposts along the route.

Parking is on site at hotel, youÂ’ll need to give your keys to the hotel in case your car needs to be moved into the long stay area of the car-park whilst youÂ’re away.
Overnight Parking will be chargeable at £10 if you have not booked an on site parking package.

Is the cost of the shuttle bus to and from the airport included in the price quoted.The price quoted does not include the cost for airport transfers. They are as follows
What about transfers to the Airport ? Cost ? Regularity ? Length of journey ?They have regular transfers to the airport. It takes 10 - 15 minutes.Transfers run every hour between 04:22 and 23:22 outside these hours taxis can be booked at clients own cost.
