The whole experience was very positive. Copthorne hotel was excellent and transfers to airport and back went very smoothly. I have used FHR in the past and would definitely recommend to friends and use again.

Stayed here for one night before flight at gatwick airport, room was clean and spacious, comfy bed for a good night sleep. Parked car there for 8 nights aswell no problems at all would recommend to family and friends well worth £60 we payed

A great way to start a holiday, not having to worry about getting to the airport on time & your car is parked securely whilst away. We stayed at the Copthorne hotel. Transfers both ways value for money although we did have to wait a while on our return for the last transfer.Would thoroughly recommend to other travellers.

Night Before trip to Mexico we booked room ... We were well suprise how the hotel look like ,nice and bug bed,lovely room and bathroom just amazing ,also the price for a room and car park is great . Staf were very helpfull tooThank you very much for everything

Good hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff. Excellent food available in the Brasserie. Parking service very good value with speedy link to Gatwick airport via cheap and efficient sub-contract minibus. Have already recommended to friends and will use again.

Excellent value for money, close to the airport and good quality room, We like the fact that our vehicle stayed at the hotel whist we were away. Would have given 5 stars but reception at the hotel (Copthorne Gatwick) was poor.

Copthorne was a quality hotel. The transfers were competent, especially the taxi firm on the way back. The room was comfortable and met all our needs. It was unfortunately near to the burser's/ maids room and was a littlenoisy. The most troubling point was that they did not know where our car was on return and took some time to eventually find it. on the other hand the stay represented great value for money and would use again.

Stayed at Copthorne Hotel Gatwick the night before our flight. The service/parking facility was good and we would use this facility again. However our room was poor, far too small and damp evident on walls and in bathroom. We ate in the A La Carte restaurant which was very nice, however the food portion size was extremely small and service very slow. We would eat en route next time and book an upgraded room instead of paying for Executive lounge facility at the airport which was a waste of money.

The hotel was excellent for its purpose and we were very happy to find that this was the secret hotel that we had booked. We thought it was good value although the range of food was limited and expensive for the overnight traveller.the food and facilities at the health club were great.surprised we could not use our stay as the first item on the loyalty programme because we could not enrol until after we left because of internet connection problems.also there were no clothes driers either in the hotel or the health club which was a problem because we then had to repack wet swimwear.we will return to the same hotel in jan2014 if the same or better deals are availible. Arrived to a frosty reception. There was building work being carried out and the builders didn't let themselves down by being rude and awkward when we wanted to get to our room. Fortunately we were only staying for a few hours until we had to catch our flight. I know my father has used your site on many occasions and has been very happy with the hotels he has booked. Will I use you again, Hmmmm I doubt it.

The hotel was good and the car parking was fine. The small snag was, we discovered when we arrived back at 2.30am, was that where we had left our car was not the hotel where we were due to stay on our return. It would have been better if the staff had noticed this when we checked the car in, as it would have saved us the inconvenience when we were ready to get some rest.

Pre-Authorisation Policy
A pre-authorisation of up to £50.00 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable 7-10 days after check-out provided no additional charges have been incurred.
Coming off at Junction 10 from the M23, follow the signpost to the A264 for East Grinstead. At the first roundabout head straight over, you will then shortly arrive at another roundabout.
At the Copthorne roundabout take the 4th exit, just passed the turning for the Copthorne Hotel sign posted for Three Bridges on the A2220.
Proceed down Copthorne Road, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the Balcombe Road, continue down this road past the Hillside Inn pub on your left.
Approaching a mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Turners Hill Road.
Travel along Turners Hill Road, after the Flyover take the first left into the Hotel which is situated 100yards on the first exit on the right hand side.
From the Copthorne Roundabout the hotel has brown signposts along the route.
Parking is on site at hotel, youÂ’ll need to give your keys to the hotel in case your car needs to be moved into the long stay area of the car-park whilst youÂ’re away.
Overnight Parking will be chargeable at £10 if you have not booked an on site parking package.
