We were allocated the Gatwick Copthorne as our 4 Star hotel at Super Saver Rate, which was definitely a bargain. We had a nice room, ground floor not too far from Reception, with free wifi. The transfers were on time, although there was a slight dispute over how much we should pay, which Reception sorted out. The setting is lovely. Drinks prices were as high as expected, but it was disappointing that there was no real ale in the Pub-type bar. The hotel is conveniently located a short taxi ride from Crawley, so we went there for the afternoon and dinner.

Be warned, there is no cash machine on site, and a 25 min walk to nearest one - you need to pay cash on transfer bus. Hotel stunning. Would stay again.

Easy to find from M23, friendly front desk staff, room was clean and well appointed. Shuttle to airport was quick and efficient. Collection bus was on time, car was ready. Top class service all round. Will definitely use again.

Very pleased with the Airport hotel and parking arrangements so nice to be able to leave the car at the hotel and not have the bother of having to take it to a long term parking plot. The hotel (The Copthorn) was really nice and the service was excellent will use the service again.

The room was functional but shabby and the temperature could not be regulated which made the room very warm. The staff were excellent and the service good. On return from our holiday the process for picking up our car was very swift and stress free.

good value for money, nice hotel. However when we arrived it was torrential rain and we had driven 320 miles to Gatwick and did not arrive until fairly late mainly due to the M25 traffic! we were very dissapointed that there was no space in the main car park and we had to go in the overflow car park which was very muddy and we were soaked when we got to the hotel.

air conditioning not working in room which was reported at the time. Told it was fairly humid that particular evening!!! Airport shuttle with Roadrunners UK very unreliable for pick up on home arrival. Left waiting at Gatwick Airport for an hour and eventually had to take a taxi back to the hotel in order to collect car.

Booking through FHR could not be easier. A quick call an immediate response and all booked within 5 minutes. Hotel spotlessly clean with ample room facilities. Did not arrive early enough to use the leisure facilities but will pre plan in future to arrive early enough to take advantage of the excellent facilities. Hotel easy to find. Arrival Check In was so simple and greeted by a fantastic team of staff. Bar facilities relaxed atmosphere perfect for a nightcap. Toiletries provided along with a Hairdryer and lovely soft towels. On our return the car was ready for collection again greeted by the friendly staff, Thank you FHR will be using you for all future bookings and have passed your details on to friends and family.

very disappointed with the three rooms I booked. The air conditioning was not working, we reported this to the reception and was told they were aware but never offered any alternative as it was so hot not even a fan! One of our party left a phone behind and realised once we arrived at the airport, we rang the hotel and the receptionist told us it would be waiting at reception on our return. Upon arriving at the hotel on our return journey this morning, this wasn't the case as it wasn't there and now we have to ring and find out where it is! one of our party was disabled and we was told there are no lifts in the hotel. would like someone to ring me back asap to discuss theses matters as we feel we did not get what we paid for

Very easy to book online. Clean and very comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast before our flight, secure parking without any problems and no problems collecting car on arrival......all for £66.....excellent service will definitely use again in future!!

We were allocated the Copthorne Gatwick Hotel which was perfect for our needs. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient, organising a fan for our room and a taxi for our airport transfer. The room was comfortable and wonderful value. Parking was ideal for us and we felt our car was safe and cared-for.

No problem booking the hotel. However, we have used this hotel a few times now and do not like it as much as their other hotel the Copthorne Effingham. This hotel seems older and has had extentions. No air con in the rooms and their are many long corridors and stairs to negotiate, which with luggage can be a problem. We used the restaurant in the hotel. The staff were helpful although slow and the food was presented well but not of a good standard. We weren't the only ones complaining that night.

The Copthorne Hotel was great, for location value etc but our room needed updating and decoration quite urgently. Our room was good but hear others are alot worse. Other than than that it was fine.

Although hotel had 3 'regular' eateries, they ALL had the same menu! Wasn't anything for my 2yr and 16yr old to eat. They were also VERY expensive. We drove to a local Tesco in the end to buy food. There was no air conditioning in the room it was very very hot and stuffy.

Pre-Authorisation Policy
A pre-authorisation of up to £50.00 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable 7-10 days after check-out provided no additional charges have been incurred.
Coming off at Junction 10 from the M23, follow the signpost to the A264 for East Grinstead. At the first roundabout head straight over, you will then shortly arrive at another roundabout.
At the Copthorne roundabout take the 4th exit, just passed the turning for the Copthorne Hotel sign posted for Three Bridges on the A2220.
Proceed down Copthorne Road, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the Balcombe Road, continue down this road past the Hillside Inn pub on your left.
Approaching a mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Turners Hill Road.
Travel along Turners Hill Road, after the Flyover take the first left into the Hotel which is situated 100yards on the first exit on the right hand side.
From the Copthorne Roundabout the hotel has brown signposts along the route.
Parking is on site at hotel, youÂ’ll need to give your keys to the hotel in case your car needs to be moved into the long stay area of the car-park whilst youÂ’re away.
Overnight Parking will be chargeable at £10 if you have not booked an on site parking package.
