Excellent and highly recommend the Jet 1 car park. 5 minute wait for the bus when departing and bus waiting on arrival back in UK. Car park had plenty of space between cars and overall had a great experience.

This is one of the furthest car parks from the airport, but that doesn't matter because the bus was frequent and quick dropping you off at the departures. Plenty of room in the car park and spaces good. This was very good value for the money and we will certainly use you again. Bit confusing on exiting the airpark as it said do not use your ticket, which you get on arrival, or you may be charged. But they seem to have altered the system whereby you have to insert your ticket to get out. Apart from that everything very good.

On arrival at the car park, everything went very smoothly, with a friendly response from the driver taking us to the airport. On arrival back from my trip abroard, the bus was waiting for us on leaving the airport terminal and dropped us off at the agreed bus stop. The only problem I had was on leaving the car park. At the gate it asked me for a further £6.50. On talking to the assistant the computer had me leaving the car park at midnight on Friday 25th April evening. I showed him my booking confirmation of flight arrival of 735pm Saturday 26th April 2014. "Computer error" and all was fine. Otherwise good experience thanks

Arrival at the park was brilliant with easy access and parking. Our return was slightly later than anticipated and on arrival at the 'machine' we were informed we gad to pay extra........ A press of the buzzer and we were sorted out quickly and without additional payment. Would definitely recommend using FHR, and will be using again.

Not as close to the airport as we had imagined, but not that far either. Used number plate recognition to get in, which worked for us and eventually found a space. Cars appear to be randomly abandoned and I expect there's quite a risk of door dents. Exit used number plate recognition again, which worked for us, but unfortunately, 2 of the 5 cars in front had problems with it, so it took us a good 10 minutes to get out. Overall, ok and reasonable cost.

all ok got buses ride to and from airport to carpark no waiting too long was asked for our ref number because could not get out it was not one he know????? give our car reg and got out right away not the first time this has happened wondered if anyone gets out the car in front and back same trouble

Arrived at Jet Parks 1, as pre booked, to find the car park displaying a sign stating it was full and that should use Jet Parks 2 as an alternative. This too was extremely busy and it took quite a while to find a parking space. The driver of the transfer bus was however brilliant - due to all the confusion and then being under pressure to get to the bus I had inadvertently left the boarding passes and other paperwork in the car and he waited whilst I ran back to collect it.

I thought the parking was really cheap. The bus arrived fairly quickly. The only reservation I had at first was that I thought we wouldn't be able to find a parking spot - but we did find one. Everything went according to plan. Thank You.

Despite being a fair distance from the airport the transfer frequency and time taken to get there mean this is a pretty convenient place to park. When you add in the option of coming in via the A453 from the A42 when heading north it is even better as it saves going all the way to the M1 and then going back a huge distance in the opposite direction. The car park itself is not tarmac, but that doesn't present a problem. The narrow spaces however are a concern.

Generally, a good service. The Jet car park (1) to which we were allocated was full when we arrived..and it wasn't made clear what to do. Thanks to a friendly car patrol assistant we were reassured we could park in the next door car park..that info could have been made more clear either before hand or at the time. The instructions to the car park from the airport/motorway seemed confusing.. Otherwise effecient transfers and friendly staff. we would book again.,

Hi When we put our card in on our return home it said outstanding amount £60 and the man on the phone had to release it for us. This was a bit worrying when we had paid in advance. The buttons when we arrived were not clear either. Saying that we should only press them if we had not pre-booked.
