All went very smoothly except on our return we had to wait a good 15 minutes before the bus turned up and then it stopped at the long stay car parks as well as the Jet Park car parks. Even at the barrier when we had to press the button to be let out because the number plate recognition camera couldn't read our number plate because of its position the member of staff was friendly helpful and prompt.

Car parks well signposted, so easy to find.... Road surfaces desperately need attention within the car park, some hideous pot holes in Jet Parks 2. Parked easily, although some spaces are to tight to get a baby/toddler out once parked. Unfortunately both times we had to wait to get in/out as there was a car unable to open the barrier, so you are stuck until they move. Despite a few negatives we would use them again 😊

Good service, works well. I like that I'm not leaving my keys. The only downside with all of these airport parking services is the expense. Sadly, price fixing is prevalent and the prices are seemingly locked-in wherever one searches. Comparison sites all offer ' the best prices, unbeatable, extra % of if beaten' etc. to no avail and even if one goes direct, there's no differentiation. However, I would have no choice but to use these services again because I like the convenience of travelling to and from in my own vehicle and timescales.

There is a distinct lack of information signage for the first time user of your service which provides reassurance that you are in the right place and a bus WILL come soon. Poor information about where to catch the bus to the terminal both in our booking confirmation email & at the car park. Car Park surface poor to walk on (and we did a lot of walking to find the bus stop). However once on the bus we had no complaints - very good service.

Directions for Jet Parks 2

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

From the North leave the M1 at Jct 24 and follow signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport main entrance. From the South leave the M1 at Jct 23a and follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the main entrance. From the West follow A50 to Jct 24 then follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the airport main entrance. Upon arrival at the airport,

Long stay car parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance, turn left at the first roundabout following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed straight on, reaching a third roundabout. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again. At the fifth roundabout, go straight into Shuttle Economy 2 (formerly Shuttle Economy 2 and Car Park 7). Please make a note of the zone where you have parked your car.

On arrival at the car park:
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking

On exiting the car park:
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you (which will be the ref. starting EH in the comments section of your voucher) and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.

This voucher is only valid for the car park booked and is non refundable within 24 hours prior to the use date.
