Brilliant!! Everything you need for car parking and ride to the airport. There was a short waiting time for the bus, nothing to complain about but of the rain. Will use again in the future as was easy to book and straight forward to do :)

Easy parking and finding space during daylight. Bus came within minutes. Our return landed at 1am, there was a bus waiting at the stop outside arrivals which set off almost straight away. Luckily we had made a note of the bus stop and row we had parked in which was invaluable in finding our car quickly, essential especially at that time of night.

The postcode for the car park takes you onto the drop off area of the actual airport which is not correct, so very unimpressed with the directions that are given

Excellent, barrier recognised number plate, parked car and bus took us to terminal in a matter of minutes. On return walked out of airport straight on the bus, dropped off right next to car and drove out... perfect wish all services were this good!! Would highly recommend.

The number plate recognition work quickly on entry and exit. Found a parking spot easily. Both ways we were just lucky with the bus, but you can wait up to 10 minutes. Overall the process of getting to the airport was quicker than the closer car parks as we did not spend ages looking for a space and then have to haul our cases along the walkway to departure. Will definitely use again.

So easy to use just park the car and get on a bus that takes you to the terminal. When you get back wait at the bus stop and a bus comes to pick you up to take you back to the car park. No problem with the number plate recognition system. Would use again.

Easy to find and access was easy. Unfortunately when departing was abit of a nightmare as there is 2 barriers one on the left and one on right. We thought there was two exit points so as there was a car in the left one we went to the right side but couldn't get out, cars started queuing behind us only to find after 10mins when the bus driver was trying to get out that we were in the bus lane which was not clearly marked and this was 1230am so we were tired and could of done without the hassle as we just wanted to be off and get home.

Jet Park 2 was very busy this June, it is not fully Tarmaced so the dolamite from the parking spot gets on to the road and does get stuck under your suitcase when walking to the bus stop. It was easy to find, getting in an out was fast, the bus takes about 10 minutes either way.

out of hrs phone numbers are of no use .. I couldn't raise anyone on tannoy when I couldn't get in to park ? and phoned and got answer phone , which is no good when you have a plane to catch and want to park and get to departures asap . number plate recognition seems to be better but still not instant .. but I will be booking again for next month at some point .

Directions for Jet Parks 2

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

From the North leave the M1 at Jct 24 and follow signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport main entrance. From the South leave the M1 at Jct 23a and follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the main entrance. From the West follow A50 to Jct 24 then follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the airport main entrance. Upon arrival at the airport,

Long stay car parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance, turn left at the first roundabout following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed straight on, reaching a third roundabout. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again. At the fifth roundabout, go straight into Shuttle Economy 2 (formerly Shuttle Economy 2 and Car Park 7). Please make a note of the zone where you have parked your car.

On arrival at the car park:
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking

On exiting the car park:
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you (which will be the ref. starting EH in the comments section of your voucher) and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.

This voucher is only valid for the car park booked and is non refundable within 24 hours prior to the use date.
