Have used Jet Parks before. Great service and price. Was a bit tricky spotting a space to park the car. Bus to terminal was fast, waited in the bus top for a few minutes. Driver was friendly. Confused as to where to pick up bus when we came home but EM Airport seems to change pickup location often - ask the driver when he drops you at departures.

1st class service from arriving at the barrier which raised within seconds to finding a space with ease,The bus was there to take us to the terminal even at 4am . On return journey bus was outside terminal an whisked us back to jetpark2 . The barrier again raised on our approach to let us out, I would highly recommend this service to any travellers .Made our holiday ,many thanks.

Had a hassle free experience at the point of entry to the car park, the security barrier on our arrival and there were plenty of parking spaces. A bus was waiting for us to take the family and cases to the arrivals terminal. Car park easy to find too of the A453. Unfortunately on our return, we were dropped off at our car park by the shuttle bus, only to find that when we drew up to the barrier, it did not lift up to let us out. As there was only one barrier in operation, there was a sizeable queue behind us also waiting to get out, sadly some people were impatient and tooted their car horns to make the matter more frustrating and embarrassing for us. The control office were very good when I was able to get through to them, the man said he could not see why the barrier would not lift for me and did a 'manual over-ride' to allow us to exit. With using the parking on a regular basis, up to 6 times per year, it would be good to have a beneficial rate. The only 2 criticisms I would have are that being disabled there are no disabled parking bays (however I do appreciate this would be difficult to monitor, also the return bus on 18th March did appear to take longer to arrive leaving passenger/clients in the cold and drizzle rain. Apart from this, the service is good.

Had to wait over 15 mins for a transfer back to the car park. Then had to wait another 15 mins for a car to clear that was held at the Jet 2 barrier. Minor frustrations, otherwise good.

Trouble entering the car park as the barrier would not lift.The assistant did it but of course no ticket to exit later,so had to wait on our return for assistance. Cars in front seemed to be having the same problem.

Very pleased with the service we didn't have to wait long for a bus either way and there were plenty of places to park. Downside was bus stop 4 wasn't clearly signed but the bus driver informed us and the ground was muddy in places but I'm being picky because it was a very reasonable price. I must say the bus drivers are lovely, cheerful and helpful.

Car park not easy to find with FHR DIRECTIONS especially if driving alone! Should just say ' follow signs to JetPark2' easy parking once there and regular buses

When I arrived at the car park entrance, the automatic number recognition failed to work. I had to buzz for help, which took some time to answer. Eventually I was issued with a ticket. It then took over 15 minutes for a shuttle bus to arrive for transfer to terminal. This was at lunchtime, not in the middle of the night. The return was without incident. There was a bus waiting at the terminal which left promptly, and the ticket I had been issued with worked first time at the exit.

The car park is only a few minutes away from the main airport entrance, shuttle buses run very frequently. My only gripe is the instructions sent by email, it states they have ANPR and not to get a ticket at the barrier, however, if you don't accept the ticket that is spat at you the barrier won't lift up. Similarly, when you come to leave the car park, the instructions state the ANPR will lift the barrier automatically, this is incorrect and you need to insert the ticket that was given to you when you arrived. Its all a bit confusing especially when its the early hours of the morning!

Directions for Jet Parks 2

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

From the North leave the M1 at Jct 24 and follow signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport main entrance. From the South leave the M1 at Jct 23a and follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the main entrance. From the West follow A50 to Jct 24 then follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the airport main entrance. Upon arrival at the airport,

Long stay car parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance, turn left at the first roundabout following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed straight on, reaching a third roundabout. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again. At the fifth roundabout, go straight into Shuttle Economy 2 (formerly Shuttle Economy 2 and Car Park 7). Please make a note of the zone where you have parked your car.

On arrival at the car park:
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking

On exiting the car park:
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you (which will be the ref. starting EH in the comments section of your voucher) and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.
Important
This voucher is only valid for the car park booked and is non refundable within 24 hours prior to the use date.
