Making the booking through FHR was simple & good value. The Jet 2 Car Park was further from the terminal than expected, but was easy to access and the transfer bus arrived soon after parking with plenty of space for luggage & all members travelling in my party.

Excellent service easy to find initially .You just park car, collect ticket on entry, find a space and keep your keys .Bus ride of 2 minutes to terminal. On return struggled to find bus (its in the bus stationdon't follow the car park signs). Once back at your car drive to exit insert ticket and away you go .

An easy booking and clear directions. The jet 2 park in East Midlands may be some way from the terminal but a bus only took 8 minutes to reach it and was waiting for us on return.

Booking, directions and price all fine though we would all rather pay less. Was expecting your office to be manned through the night as I had to buzz the exit gate guard to find out where/when the pick up would take place. Additional buses on return would have avoided overcrowding and the slight delay. Four stars justified but need that extra service to earn the fifth. I will be using you again as long as you are competitively priced. Thanks.

No problem with parking,a bit too far to walk,but the bus service was fine and free of charge. Would probably go for a nearer car park next time with the same company.Not many parking spaces but found one in the end,good job we were early otherwise may have been a rush.

All good except that coming back at 10.30 pm,it was very difficult to know where to get off because in the dark,and in the rain,it was impossible to see from inside the bus .It is suggested that the shuttle-bus driver should announce at each stop exactly where the bus has stopped.

Although it was one of the farthest car parks away from departures, it was well sign posted and easy to find. It was fairly busy so leave time to find a space as you may have to drive around a little. The bus came within 10/15 minutes and the driver was helpful and friendly. The return shuttle bus is right outside the arrivals on the left where all the buses and coaches pick up. Again bus came within 10/15 mins. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Booked into jet parks 2.upon arrival car park closed (full).after calling for assistance we were upgraded to long stay 3,nearer to airport.we really could have done without this hassle and waste of our time,it also meant that we were separated from other family members who were sent to another car park.

When I arrived at the car park my car wasn't recognised by the camera, so when I left after my holiday I had to ring for assistance and quote my booking reference number. But for some reason, on the system, there was no sign of my booking reference number or car details. Thankfully the person on the other end of the assistance call was very helpful, allowing me to leave the car park and not hold up the slowly forming queue behind me much longer!

The car park was very busy with few spaces. It would have been cheaper not to have pre-booked and just paid with the ticket received when we arrived at the car park. Took a while to exit the car park talking to the assistant on the intercom - it was raining through the car window so that was annoying. Why have a number plate recognition system if it doesn't work? Way too expensive for what you get.

Directions for Jet Parks 2

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

From the North leave the M1 at Jct 24 and follow signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport main entrance. From the South leave the M1 at Jct 23a and follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the main entrance. From the West follow A50 to Jct 24 then follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the airport main entrance. Upon arrival at the airport,

Long stay car parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance, turn left at the first roundabout following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed straight on, reaching a third roundabout. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again. At the fifth roundabout, go straight into Shuttle Economy 2 (formerly Shuttle Economy 2 and Car Park 7). Please make a note of the zone where you have parked your car.

On arrival at the car park:
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking

On exiting the car park:
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you (which will be the ref. starting EH in the comments section of your voucher) and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.
Important
This voucher is only valid for the car park booked and is non refundable within 24 hours prior to the use date.
