Car was left in an unsecured compound across the road from the booking in office although keys were kept by owners. On return to airport, only one pick up bus was sent after waiting 15 minutes and too many passengers so had to wait another 15 minutes for another bus to come and pick us up. Will use a different operater in future.

The car park was very busy. I always book Low cost but wasn't as impressed with the way cars were parked, very close to each other and on the verge. They used to park the cars but I had to park think this has happened since covid. Not really sure if I'd use them again

Excellent service from start to finish.. the staff in the office were great very professional and knowledgeable. The drivers that took us to the airport on the courtesy bus were very friendly too. Great price , will definitely book with them again 👌

I couldn't initially fine the Carpark but a phone all helped. Also on return I couldn't initially find the Bus bay. I feel better directions for both could be more helpfull

Nearly missed our flight due to the bad organisation of checking in, people parking their cars and taking their time getting in the bus. if wax really stressful and got to the gate as it was closing. having left plenty of time for unforeseen eventualities. Really not the bus driver’s fault who was doing his best to get the folk to board his transfer bus us as quickly as possible. Therefore a poor star rating in my opinion and the whole thing should be smartened up.

Directions for Low Cost Airport Parking at Flying Scot
Arrival ProcedurePark in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . Show your confirmation and the staff will allocate you a parking space and you will be given a receipt. You can then take your keys or if you prefer you can leave your keys if you prefer. The courtesy bus service will then take you to Bus Stand 7 at the terminal to the terminal.
Larger commercial vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival
You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.
On return
On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.
All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
