Everything went like clockwork, from checking in to bus arriving to drop us at the airport, and on the return the bus picked us up within minutes and my car was waiting, engine running and lights on. Great service and reasonable pricing

Only 1 bus at 10pm, We were 1st in line and watee 20mins a scrum ensued when the coach came and I was on the bus my partner left standing with my bag as trhe mini bus left. The staff were not interested and kept blaming us. The owner however seemed nice and is coming back to me once she looks into it. A real dampner!!

There seems to be only one transfer bus so waiting for transfer to airport can take quite a long time. On arrival back at airport there was a long queue of people and being only one bus picking up we had a long wait for it to return - people pushed onto the coach who had not been in line which meant other people could not get on. Buses are not big enough and frequent enough. I would not recommend or use this firm again.

Have used this car park and its sister company Flying Scot many times and generally excellent, only negative comment had to wait quite some time for a bus to take us to the airport, luckilly had sufficient time for our flight.

A family with two small children were left when the bus was full. It was really late at night and it was bitterly cold. Two buses should have been sent for the flights returning at that time.

Arrival ProcedurePark in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.
On return
On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.
All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
