We got no confirmation email from FHR so no directions. Looked up directions on Flying Scot website but when we arrived that car park had closed down. Nothing to direct us to new address. Had to ask at another car park..took ages. So not impressed wuth FHR. Staff at Flying scot helpful when we found it

Driver to the airport was courteous and helpful and as we were staying overnight at a hotel he dropped me at the hotel. At the xar Park he informed me where to park

Arrived with the office locked with my keys inside , driver retrieved my keys but then couldnt tell me where my car was parked , advised to just go have a wee look for it , it was pitch black , thousands of cars to look in amongst . I returned to the office with no luck and he said well it was last seen in the overflow , no indication that this was infact in a different area altogether amd again just had to wander around looking . I had a child with me and cases . Terrible terrible service

Very straightforward. No waiting at drop off or pick up. Very convenient and drop off and pick up close to the terminal.

Disorganised on the pick up process on the return leg. Instructions or lack of them on how to obtain your car keys and the location of your vehicle. The seat my wife had to sit on in the bus was wet, not sure what it was, but unacceptable.

No problems in finding a space to park,you take your keys with you now.Journey to airport was smooth,lady driver very pleasant.When we landed we couldn’t get through to call for pick up but sent next,bus was already on route.Would definitely park here again.

The staff at The Flying Scot were excellent. They are very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a wait to be picked by the bus on our return but other than that everything was smooth. Well done all. I have used them many times previously and will look to do so again in the future.

Excellent customer service from the lady at the reception area, both online and in person on the day, this is the 5th time I have used Low Cost at Flying Scot for Edinburgh Airport and I’ll always come back to them. The ‘on the day’ process has changed slightly due to Covid, whereby instead of leaving the keys and they park your car for you, they now allow you to park the car yourself and take the keys with you on your travels, this gives more peace of mind that your car and car keys are safe in your own possession, plus it gives you a faster getaway when you arrive back at the car park. I hope they continue to do it this way even after Covid restrictions are fully gone. The bus was ready to take us to the airport within 6 minutes of parking the car, this has been standard time each time I have used this facility, I’m more than happy with those times. The bus driver from the car park to the airport and back again is always a good laugh too, the old boy is always happy and cheery and gives us and the kids a great send off on your holiday travels, I hope he never retires! Highly recommend this service!

Said they kept car keys, had to take with me.not a shadow of the firm flying scot used to be at Edinburgh Airport. Needs improving to past service

Could do with signs to locate car park, not easy to find first time round. Parking spaces pretty tight to reverse into and out of if car park is busy.

When we arrived to drop off car no one was in the office and a few people had been waiting for a while, when the man returned from picking people up at the airport it took ages to to give details and get card for car, then it took a while before the coach could take us to the airport. It was approximately 1 hour from start to finish and we were very worried we would be late for check in. However, on our return it was much quicker and we were picked up quickly.

Cannot fault the service as when we came back from holiday to pick up the car the battery was dead and your driver gave us a jump start and made sure everything was okay for us to drive home. Cannot thank him enough as it was quite traumatic.

Parking was secure and space found easily. Member of staff also available to advise where spaces were. Only issue I had was sat nav did not take us to parking. Signage close to parking (ie. Adjacent streets) would be useful

I’m arrival the lady meeting us was fab, helpful and very cheery (we arrived very early). On return the guy meeting us was unhelpful and quite depressing if I’m honest. Two females on our own, he seemed rude, didn’t get out the bus until we had started to carry our cases to the back of the bus then he states he can’t help with cases incase he does his back in! My daughter and I struggled to get them up into the bus boot! Very disappointing.
