All went as arranged. Only real difficulty was in getting into the park, I missed the correct turn-off which is sharply at the first roundabout. But would certainly recommend.

could not fault the reception etc, you could do with training your transfer drivers to be more helpfull to customers and not treat them as though they were not important plus a driving lesson or two would make people feel a bit safer, I am in the taxi trade where customers are the most importent part of my company

poor service on a friday night only one bus running collecting people for 3 drop offs, customers leaving cases on bus while collecting car keys leaving people sitting on bus. long delay in being collected from airport

Only thing I missed - it wasn't completely clear on the orange receipt that the phone call to hash 6314 had to be made from a complimentary phone in the arrivals area - I had to phone the official number on the receipt to have a message passed on. Perhaps I missed a line in the small print, but it would be good to ensure the car owner is aware of this detail. Very happy with the service, though.

Close to airport so transfers are quick. Usually don't have to wait too long for a transfer coach. However, the coach does cover 2 sites and it calls into both, so can take slightly longer to or from airport. Generally comes up as the cheapest in the area.

Very handy car park for airport. Was taken to the airport almost immediately and on return the Mini-Bus was already waiting to take us to the car park. The car was already heated up for us on a very cold night. Thanks to the car park attendant who kindly did this.

Bit of wait on return, they must have known numbers returning and could have put on the additional buses,several people had to wait because the first and second buses were full.

Not enough waiting space had to stay in car on a cold evening until the transfer minibus eventually arrived. Far too long to wait- 2omins at least - for a minbus to appear to take us to the airport. Seemed as though your staff member was as much in the dark as I was as to when a minibus would arrive. The sharing of the service with ScotPark was an unknown feature and this obviously is not a good idea as this leads to increased volume of passengers going to two sites. My arrival was much better as I went straight to the bus stance, without phoning, and was taken quickly to my car. However the minibus driver was under a lot of pressure to get back to the airport as another 18 passengers were waiting for his services. It appeared as though he was the only vehicle on the route and with 3 flights having just arrived he would be keeping folk waiting longer than I certainly would expect. If he was the only vehicle on at this time then something needs to be done to make sure that vehicles are available when more than 2 flights arrive together.

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.
On return
On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.
All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
