Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby. Entry / Exit car park fees are INCLUDED in the price.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After leaving the Arrivals hall, follow signs for Short Stay Car park.

What security measures does the car park have?

Park Mark Safer Parking facility

What else do I need to know?

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof.

A well organised, simple and efficient service. After 32 hours travelling on my return journey, the simplicity of collection was very welcome. All of the staff and the online service was excellent. The only minor suggestion I could offer for improvement would be to clarify the location of the pick-up. Airport signs and lifts were unclear; perhaps FHR parking signage would be helpful? Great value and car waiting on return with no need to ring on landing. Only minor irritqation is that there is no FHR desk at the terminal and nothing in the instructions to tell you which desk you need to use.

Service ok other than vehicle not ready for collection on return Company stated did not have return flight details, albeit provided at time of booking and confirmed again by telephone call to Operator after booking vehicle in at time of departure. When Operator realised their mistake car was delivered within 20 minutes

Whilst we are always very happy with the service we receive from FHR we did not like the location where our car was parked, down a farm track and in what looks like a disused farm. Our car seemed to have done a great deal of travelling and had certainly been carrying passengers as the headrests had been altered and all storage compartments left open. The rear seats which we lowered in order facilitate our luggage were in the sitting position when we collected the vehicle. We regret that we will not use this car park again.

Drop off was very good but found they had not returned car on our arrival back to UK as they looked at departure flight time Instead but had car delivered with 45minutes so not to bad

Whilst everything to do with booking and arranging the car park meet and greet via FHR was highly efficient and simple to arrange. with the hand overs both on arrival and departure being faultless. I was very surprised at the amount of times my car was driven from one parking bay to another and transferred quite some distance to another car park to then be shunted from one area to another as recorded on the vehicle camera. Despite my long association with this method of parking I am now somewhat nervous about my car being driven so many times instead of just being safely parked for the duration of my stay.

This was our first booking with MMP meet and greet. The drop off location was very clear and convenient for the airport. When we dropped off the car early on a Saturday morning there we two well dressed staff waiting described who were very polite friendly and helpful. On pick-up the car was waiting and we hadn't had to call! In fact it was parked right by the lift. Thanks MMP. We'll definitely reconnect and use you again!

Would have 5 stars but we stated that our arrival would be at 03:45 to find nobody there to give our keys to, staff arrived at 4am, this wasn’t a problem but would have been nice to be informed that this would be the start time. Car pick up on return was excellent, the car was ready for us as arranged.

Very good service - best parking we've had. Drop off: you leave the car in the short stay carpark in specific bays - near to the lift lobby. Hand in the car key to the staff who are situated in the lift lobby....we were at terminal 3 and the car park was opposite, around 5 mins walk to the terminal. Pick up was equally straightforward - we picked up the keys from the staff in the lift lobby and car was parked close by. The price was as good as off airport car parks - much more hassle. Highly recommended and will use again.

DUE TO COVID19 OUR INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON THE DAY

Please note: This product is not suitable if you are travelling from Terminals 5 - This product is for both drop off and collection at T2 & T3 only.

Your return terminal can be amended directly with Maple Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked.

Extra charges can apply if not T2 & T3 Only . Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.



On the day of arrival

Please call Maple Parking the number on your confirmation 2 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let us know you are near so we can ready our driver to meet you. Then proceed to the meeting reception point in your directions.

On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for us to check for your return.

Drop-Off Directions
Terminal 2 - (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW).
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park.
Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for 'Level 4' and 'Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Handover Captain).
Drive straight forward following signs for 'Off Airport Parking'. Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays in rows A or B.

Terminal 3 - (Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park
At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Drive up to level 4 Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.


Return Instructions

It is necessary for you to PLEASE CALL US ON YOUR RETURN.

Once you have landed and have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage), please call us on the number on your confirmation to let us know you have returned so we can deliver your car.
Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.

Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below:

Terminal 2 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet
Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet


Other Important Information

Late Returns:
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (subject to change) (or part day thereof). No refunds will be issued for part used stays.

Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence.

Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.


London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.
