Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby. Entry / Exit car park fees are INCLUDED in the price.What is the pick-up procedure?

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof.Address:

Was impressed with the meet and greet. Only one slightly annoying point the pick up could have been a bit quicker. We rung after collecting our luggage which was 14.53 but car didn't arrive until 15.30

2nd time we have used a meet and greet service and not impressed as we were at Gatwick. Was still a hassle to get from the car park to the terminal and it was chaotically busy when we returned and despite ringing before we had picked up our bags our car was not waiting for us when we got to the car park and we had to wait 25 minutes in the cold with 3 very tired children and then it was dumped in front of us rather than parked conveniently for us to get all the bags and children in. We chose this as it was great at Gatwick, dropped off and picked up right outside the terminal doot........not so great at Heathrow I'm afraid!

All worked pretty much as it should although on arrival back at T3 Heathrow we could have done without the 20 minute wait in the short-term car park for the car to arrive despite making the phone calls exactly as requested. After a tiring journey and back in a cooler climate that is exactly what one doesn't want. This needs to be speeded up!

Very disappointing. My previous experience of using the service was excellent with the car ready and waiting when we came out of the airport on one occasion and only a 5 minute wait on other occasions. This time I had to wait more than 30 minutes and made 3 phone calls to find out what was happening. This is a different company from the one used previously and I was very, very disappointed. I could have used the usual parking services and save time and money. I would not recommend this company.

DUE TO COVID19 OUR INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON THE DAYPlease note: This product is not suitable if you are travelling from Terminals 5 - This product is for both drop off and collection at T2 & T3 only.
Your return terminal can be amended directly with Maple Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked.
Extra charges can apply if not T2 & T3 Only . Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
On the day of arrival
Please call Maple Parking the number on your confirmation 2 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let us know you are near so we can ready our driver to meet you. Then proceed to the meeting reception point in your directions.
On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for us to check for your return.
Drop-Off Directions
Terminal 2 - (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW).
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park.
Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for 'Level 4' and 'Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Handover Captain).
Drive straight forward following signs for 'Off Airport Parking'. Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays in rows A or B.
Terminal 3 - (Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park
At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Drive up to level 4 Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.
Return Instructions
It is necessary for you to PLEASE CALL US ON YOUR RETURN.
Once you have landed and have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage), please call us on the number on your confirmation to let us know you have returned so we can deliver your car.
Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.
Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below:
Terminal 2 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet
Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet
Other Important Information
Late Returns:
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (subject to change) (or part day thereof). No refunds will be issued for part used stays.
Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence.
Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.
The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335
If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.
