Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby. Entry / Exit car park fees are INCLUDED in the price.What is the pick-up procedure?
After leaving the Arrivals hall, follow signs for Short Stay Car park.What security measures does the car park have?

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof.Address:

Very slick system - slightly odd not having to ring to confirm ...but much better as 2nd guessing the M25 is hard !! Captain was charming - all great on departure on arrival - just as slick - car was waiting - so none of that '5 mins' rubbish you get from the others

I was very disappointed and frustrated at first as I couldn’t find the car park. It was not well explained on the email and very badly signposted (couldn’t you tell people to go up the ramp but stay on the right side of the ramp?), When I eventually found the car park and went to the level 4, I enquired at one of the desks and showed my confirmation email. I asked 2 people if I was in the right place. I was just next to the Purple Parking desk and a man was there but he was looking at his phone, not trying to help at all even if a man from another company was trying to ask him if my booking was with him. After a while, I saw the name of your company on his hat and insisted for him to check if my booking was with him. It was and he was not welcoming. A very frustrating and stressful experience. On my return, the pick up experience was very straight forward and pleasant, the man at the desk was smart and very professional. The reason I gave you 3 stars is thanks to him. The day I dropped my car I wouldn’t have given you any.

Excellent, only gripe was that on the 3rd floor Lift lobby area it wasn't immediately apparent as to which desk to go to check in - confused that it was the Purple Parking desk which was not on the paperwork. Otherwise we were very pleased with the efficiency shown.

A professional service Your representative at the terminal was polite efficient & very personable Car was ready & waiting when we returned and the same representative was there to meet us and knew our names as soon as we walked up to the desk = great stuff. Now I would have given you 5 stars BUT for the fact that whichever one of your drivers had driven my car had not just moved the seat backwards or forwards to get a comfortable enough position to undertake a short drive, they had moved the seat in every direction possible, tilt, forwards, moved the back position, raised the steering wheel column, adjusted the rake of the steering wheel. Not only that but they had changed my radio station. This is ok if they ''had to'' listen to a certain station but make sure you change it back before the customer gets their car! So if you can sort the seat and radio problem you will have a repeat customer

Very good service. Minutes from the terminal and so pleased to not have to call and wait for the car to be brought to us. It was already waiting in the car park so we weren’t waiting around getting frozen - especially in view of the atrocious weather on our return. For that reason alone, I would definitely use this service again. Only quibble was that we asked for a car valet and they didn’t have any change as we were paying cash. Ended up costing us a bit more than quoted!

Unable to park in the allocated spaces as directed as they were all taken so had to park a few rows away. However this was not a problem and the rest of the service was easy. More like parking in the short stay car park than a meet and greet service!

This was the first time using ACE Meet & Greet and it was so simple. We dropped the car off and picked it up with ease. It took all the stress out of getting to the airport. We used to worry about the time it would take to park the car after the 2 hour drive to Heathrow but the valet system was so quick and we were in the airport in no time. This is far better than parking and taking a shuttle. My husband said 'Wow, that was the easiest and fastest parking we have ever done before'. We would definitely use this service again.

My first meet and greet parking experience. Initially the instructions seemed complicated, partly because they were written in continuous narrative. I find bullet points easier to absorb so that would be a reccomendation. Also the warnings about early/late arrival were a little off-putting but turned out to be not a problem. All in all it worked well and was easy to use, and being on a ski trip with skis, boots and baggage, parking right by the lifts was a boon. I will do this again, particularly as I did not need to go find my car on return. Both team members were warm and courteous which helps reduce the stress. well done! Peter Ash

The price of the parking was great and when I needed to extend it, it was easy to contact the company to do so although we were told one price on the phone and another when the car was actually being collected. The attendant on arrival was a little rude in the way that he spoke to me and didn’t really give the greatest customer service experience. However, the attendants on arrival were much more pleasant. Not really sure if it was a meet and greet as I still had to trek to the short stay car park to drop off and collect my car... Finally, I had my car cleaned before I left and on my return there was mud on the drivers side, including along the door panel and on the mat where whoever had driven the car had clearly been walking in mud. Also, there was an envelope with muddy footprints left on the floor. All in all a decent service with some improvements that could be made to make it better.

Can't fault anything with this company and the procedure for meet and greet. Simple to use, efficient and great value for money. No need to call once you have arrived, which can be a nuisance, as they know your flight number and the car is ready and waiting! Would definitely use ACE meet and greet again.

Everything seemed to go according to plan apart from the ACE Parking personnel on the third floor of the short term car park at Terminal 3 were difficult to identify both dropping the car off and picking it up. The third floor parking level lifts and lift lobby are extremely busy with several companies operating meet and greet parking facilities. The lifts are crowded and the lift lobby congested with both parking personnel and customers. There is a lot of movement of vehicles in this area also. The parking instructions say to ring a number before you arrive at the car park. However, when you ring the person who answers the 'phone seems a bit vague as to why you have rung, I don't think this is really necessary. The system seems to work but it doesn't inspire confidence.

DUE TO COVID19 OUR INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON THE DAYPlease note: This product is not suitable if you are travelling from Terminals 5 - This product is for both drop off and collection at T2 & T3 only.
Your return terminal can be amended directly with Maple Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked.
Extra charges can apply if not T2 & T3 Only . Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
On the day of arrival
Please call Maple Parking the number on your confirmation 2 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let us know you are near so we can ready our driver to meet you. Then proceed to the meeting reception point in your directions.
On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for us to check for your return.
Drop-Off Directions
Terminal 2 - (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW).
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park.
Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for 'Level 4' and 'Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Handover Captain).
Drive straight forward following signs for 'Off Airport Parking'. Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays in rows A or B.
Terminal 3 - (Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park
At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Drive up to level 4 Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.
Return Instructions
It is necessary for you to PLEASE CALL US ON YOUR RETURN.
Once you have landed and have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage), please call us on the number on your confirmation to let us know you have returned so we can deliver your car.
Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.
Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below:

Other Important Information
Late Returns:
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (subject to change) (or part day thereof). No refunds will be issued for part used stays.
Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence.
Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.
