Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby. Entry / Exit car park fees are INCLUDED in the price.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After leaving the Arrivals hall, follow signs for Short Stay Car park.

What security measures does the car park have?

Park Mark Safer Parking facility

What else do I need to know?

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof.

The service is fine. However, since there are several meet-and-greet companies at the airport all sharing the same space (and multiple brokered by BookFHR!) it can be confusing. Although the text in your adverts says we will be met by a "uniformed driver" that is not my experience. There is sinply nothing to show which company the driver represents. At 4am, this can lead to confusion!

Turned out it's manor farm parking , arrival was very easy but in return I think they were very busy as took ages to get through on phone and we waited in the car park for our car for longer than any ither company I've used before .. oh a£26 for a quick valet on a brand new car could of been better .hmmm apart from that all was ok , people , car etc all good !

Poor Experience, was left waiting at the drop off point for 35 minutes before I could hand my car over. Very frustrating. No apologies or recognition of this, kept being told when I phoned somebody was on their way! I even called 20 mins in advance of arriving and still no luck.

worked well but would have been better if the driver had told me he paid for the parking at the time I called in which was 20 mins before I made it to the car. I had to pay extra at the exit - if I had known at the pick up point I could have paid there which would have been much easier

Service was very good. My only gripe was that I was penalised for not giving the requisite notice on arrival at the airport despite the operative waiting for me. Collecting my car upon return took no longer than twenty minutes.

There was no problem with collection of the car but we were very unhappy about the service on our return as it took as long as the length of our flight for us to finally be able to leave the airport. It took 30 mins for the car to appear and further delay then ensued in telephone conversation with your office as the driver had been instructed to seek payment for the car washing for which we had already paid by credit card when we rang to say we had collected our baggage.

Car drop off was fine. However pick up took almost 50 minutes, despite following instructions to the letter. It was at 2050hrs on a Wednesday evening, so not a busy period at all for the airport or roads. On phoning once through immigration and Customs, I was told I would wait for 15 - 20 minutes, which is the normal published time frame. However this was a blatant lie. That person would have known that they couldn't deliver the car in that time frame. Even after a follow up call after 30 minutes, I was told 5 - 10 minutes as the car had already left 10 minutes ago. Again clearly a lie. The delays make this service a waste of time and money. Better to park yourself in the long term car park and take the shuttle or capsule to and from the terminal. That would be quicker and cheaper. The second issue for me is being lied to by the staff. IF they are short staffed or short of drivers, it would be better to say so up front. I could have then gone back to the terminal, stayed warm, had a coffee or whatever, knowing I had a longer wait. However they aren't honest enough to do that, and in the end I was a frustrated, cold and very hacked off customer, who will not be using them again at any airport. I don't recommend them, poor customer communication and service. Don't use!

I arrived at short stay level 3 looking for a fhr representative. I was stood there for 25mins and finally rang the dispatcher and said there is nobody here from fhr. She said oh no the company isn't fhr you need to find someone from ace or maple manor. I wasn't happy that this had not been explained before as I wasted nearly half an hour waiting for no reason. Upon my return I waited for 20 minutes for my car which wasn't bad considering I had returned to a different terminal. For the price the service is good and they take photos of your car before they leave. I wasn't too impressed with the speed at which my car was being driven back into the airport car park though.

Great drop-off experience but picking up left a lot to be desired. Their base is 25 minutes drive from Heathrow (which isn't advertised that they'll burn an hour of fuel in moving your car around) and we were left waiting for half an hour outside in the car park after calling when instructed to.

Quick turnaround for delivery of vehicle upon return. Took a few minutes longer than expected when dropping off the vehicle for departure, however was nothing too inconvenient.

Slight delay in our car being picked up, had to call a few times to see where the driver was which slowed us down in getting to the check in. I like that the service allows you to walk into the terminal rather than get a bus. Based on being able to walk into the terminal I would use again.

ACE Meet & Greet are prompted at collecting your car, going on holiday, but when it comes to returning from holiday, after contacting them after clearing customs, they let themselves down by being late, at least 20 - 30min

DUE TO COVID19 OUR INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON THE DAY

Please note: This product is not suitable if you are travelling from Terminals 5 - This product is for both drop off and collection at T2 & T3 only.

Your return terminal can be amended directly with Maple Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked.

Extra charges can apply if not T2 & T3 Only . Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.



On the day of arrival

Please call Maple Parking the number on your confirmation 2 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let us know you are near so we can ready our driver to meet you. Then proceed to the meeting reception point in your directions.

On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for us to check for your return.

Drop-Off Directions
Terminal 2 - (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW).
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park.
Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for 'Level 4' and 'Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Handover Captain).
Drive straight forward following signs for 'Off Airport Parking'. Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays in rows A or B.

Terminal 3 - (Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park
At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Drive up to level 4 Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.


Return Instructions

It is necessary for you to PLEASE CALL US ON YOUR RETURN.

Once you have landed and have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage), please call us on the number on your confirmation to let us know you have returned so we can deliver your car.
Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.

Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below:

Terminal 2 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet
Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet


Other Important Information

Late Returns:
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (subject to change) (or part day thereof). No refunds will be issued for part used stays.

Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence.

Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.


London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.
