Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby. Entry / Exit car park fees are INCLUDED in the price.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After leaving the Arrivals hall, follow signs for Short Stay Car park.

What security measures does the car park have?

Park Mark Safer Parking facility

What else do I need to know?

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof.

Efficient service, but the car was left unlocked and unattended in the carpark on return, which was filled with items we couldn't take away with us. Staff at the car park seemed unconcerned, making a formal complaint to the company.

The drop - off was simple and quick. However, it took them over 30 rings to answer the phone when we came back from our trip. Once we were able to get through, they said it would take 15-20 minutes to arrive, and they did not show till 40 minutes. This would have been fine if we received updates that traffic was poor or set that expectation from the start. I'm happy this happened on the return versus way out. There was another family waiting near us for Ace, and they were never able to get through to the pick up. They ended up speaking to our driver. We took their offer for a valet service for £27 while we were away. It was so-so. There were still some crumbs in obvious places and grime on the wheels. Also, somehow my box of business cards ended up smashed and sprawled across the back seat. For the price of this drop off/pick up service, I'm not sure I would use them again. It was a fairly low price, but I would rather park my own car. Definitely would not ask them to clean my car again.

We have used this company several times and all has been good. It was very busy on arrival in the terminal 3 car park but we managed to park a little bit further from their base by the lifts and all paper work sorted out efficiently by the helpful staff. Easy pick up with a two minute wait. All good.

We were a bit frustrated when arriving at the airport as we could not find the driver. We rang Ace and were told he was there, but after asking around we realised the reason we could not find him was that we was wearing the uniform of a different company which he told us was the same company, but this is not helpful when you are looking for a specific name. They brought the car back to us in exactly 20 minutes from the call

I have booked with FHR many times before. This time with ACE. On returning home I have found a dent and scratch on the passenger's side front bumper. Clearly someone had an incident while driving my car and did not report it to me. I could send photos if you so wish. This has made it very unsatisfactory service.

Very disappointed with aftercare! Happy with everything apart from the fact that I was charged £4.72 to exit the car park. After speaking to them on the telephone I was advised that they only pay for 20 minutes after that it s customer's responsibility. Nowhere on the T&C's is this written. I was about 23 minutes (ish) as I have a 10 months old baby. They said I would have to pay and that's about it. Very rude on the telephone too. The actual meet and greet apart from the extra charge issue was great! I would probably use again now I am aware!

Booking with FHR is simple and good value for money with lots of choice. However I am not sure I would use ACE meet and Greet again. Tried to call before arrival but ACE did not answer their phone and there was no voice message facility - it just kept ringing. Used the same number with 'redial' when I arrived, but had to wait nearly 30 minutes for them to come to T3. It was a good thing I had allowed plenty of time before my flight. On return I called as soon as I had my baggage and made my way slowly to the meet point. Still had to wait 20 minutes. Some of the other meet and greet firms I have used are more punctual.

my flight back was early and after picking up the luggage i phoned you - unfortunately my passenger took over half an hour to get through immigation so although I had contacted you my car wsa ready and waiting for sometime and you phoned me. Eventually we appeared and your operative was very understanding and so we got away smatly thanks to his attitude and pleasant manner - thank you.

DUE TO COVID19 OUR INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON THE DAY

Please note: This product is not suitable if you are travelling from Terminals 5 - This product is for both drop off and collection at T2 & T3 only.

Your return terminal can be amended directly with Maple Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked.

Extra charges can apply if not T2 & T3 Only . Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.



On the day of arrival

Please call Maple Parking the number on your confirmation 2 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let us know you are near so we can ready our driver to meet you. Then proceed to the meeting reception point in your directions.

On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for us to check for your return.

Drop-Off Directions
Terminal 2 - (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW).
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park.
Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for 'Level 4' and 'Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Handover Captain).
Drive straight forward following signs for 'Off Airport Parking'. Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays in rows A or B.

Terminal 3 - (Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park
At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Drive up to level 4 Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.


Return Instructions

It is necessary for you to PLEASE CALL US ON YOUR RETURN.

Once you have landed and have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage), please call us on the number on your confirmation to let us know you have returned so we can deliver your car.
Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.

Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below:

Terminal 2 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet
Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet


Other Important Information

Late Returns:
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (subject to change) (or part day thereof). No refunds will be issued for part used stays.

Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence.

Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.


London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.
