I have used this car park on many occasions and it is near enough to walk to Terminal 1 if you don't fancy waiting for the bus (although you won't have to wait long). The only problems for me are finding a space and the cost of parking at the airport. The prices increase year on year and only for the fact that I had a very early flight I would consider other forms of public transport to get to the airport.

be carefull when parking up and getting your token, as when we left and put our token in we we asked to pay £135 even though we had paid in advance. Problem got sorted efficiently and recitfied

The cost for just a day's parking seems to have escalated a lot and is quite steep. But the new system with tokens and number plate recognition was quite cool.

Entry - on arrival we had problems with the left entry barrier, no token was dispensed. We then had to reverse and move to next barrier. Exit - on exit our token did not recognise that we had pre-booked and therefore we had to contact someone over the intercom for help. Otherwise, good value for money

New token system started. OK to enter car park . Problem exiting car park. Token rejected and told us we had to pay £100 for l week. This was sorted out by using the phone to the attendant, but when other are behind you, we thought this was a stupid system, especially when the token could be easily lost. It also happened to our daughter who was in the same car park.

Very close to terminal 1 and transfers quick however limited space for cases when the bus is full but would use again.

This car park is within 5 minuted walk from Treminal 1 & 3 Manchester Airport. It is clean and well lit with regular coach transfer from the car park to the terminals. The downside is findinga parking spot. It is normally very crowded and yyou need plenty of time to find a parking place, specially in summer.

The car park worked fine for us. We parked, waited just a few minutes before the bus collected us and took us to the airport. On our return we walked out of the terminal, the bus just happened to arrive at the stop as we did and we collected our car and drove home.

I paid FHR by using Paypal. when I arrived at manchester airport and placed my credit card in the barrier machine, it wouldnt recognise my card. Maybe this was because I used Paypal? I had to press for help but the staff were friendly and soon found my details. I had to go through the same process on leaving the car park 2 weeks later!

Card machine didn't accept my card either entering or leaving. Didn't see a single security member at any time (or any member is staff). Coaches were regular.

Car park access via credit card on both entry and exit was not possible as advised as there was an error reading the credit card at the entry and exit gates. Prices at Manchester airport are a lot more competitive than at Leeds Bradford.

walking distance from terminal 1 & 3, easy access by car. Not as overpriced as the multistorey car park.

Good service, only 5 min wait for bus both ways. Credit card would not work in or out, so had to press for help and quote booking reference. Worked out cheaper than a taxi.

we had trouble at the barrier both incoming & outgoing and had to press the button for assistance after several attemps with the credit card we paid with, causing a delay which did not go down well with cars behind us. but it was corrected very quickly.

When we got to the car park it was full so we had to go to the multistory one at terminal 3. This was almost full and we spent 25 minutes driving round to find a space and eventually had to wait till someone drove off. The car hire places on the top floor had slots but were incredibly rude when we pulled into one -although they were not marked as car return spaces! I would not use this car park again.

Have used this car park on three occasions over last two years. Everything works well (security, frequency of bus to airport etc). Only problem I have had each time (in and out)is that the card I paid with is not recognised. Appreciate you can speak to reception to open the barrier, but frustratiing.

using FHR is as easy as booking with Mcr airport directly apart form having to quote a ref number. However when all considered this is a great service which I do use regularly. Thanks
