Next door to airport. Transfer bus runs approx every 10 mins. Shelters to stand in if raining. Keys can be retained by yourself. All very efficient and hassle free.

Handy - easy walking distance, busy - so took a while to find a space. My card didn't open the barrier on entry or exit - this is the second time this has happened - but help was speedy via the intercom

Positive- Best price avaialable. Negative- at entry barrier credit card used for booking not recognised and needed to quote booking reference. Same issue at exit.

The only problem we encountered was that our card was not recognised at the car park barrier. It took a long time for someone to respond to the 'help' button which meant a queue of cars built up behind us. The same thing happened when we tried to exit. All went well apart from that.

Everything went brilliant apart from the barrier not recognizing my card. However, I pressed the help button and the person at the other end sorted it easily, just took my reference number and details and lifted the barrier. The same on exiting as well.

Excellent all round plenty disabled spaces. Only problem machine wouldn't accept the card I paid with. Just rang for assistance took reference number and they let me in / out. Defo recommend. Thankyou.

The only problem we encountered was that our card did not work on both arrival and departure and we had to press the help button for assistance, having said that they were very efficient and helpful. Bus service very efficient, would use this service again.

machine didnt recognise my card when we arrived but when we read the reservation code to the person on the help lin they let us in. Had to wait about 3mins for a coach to the terminal and 5 mins on our way back. All in all it was easy and good - no problems and the same price as car parks much further out (I think the transfer was all of 3 mins)

This car park is easy to find and close to terminal 1 & 3. The barrier control did not work with my debit card either on entry or exit, so it was necessary to have the booking code available and speak to someone via the intercom.This worked but was a nuisance.

Everything OK apart from machine would not accept my credit card on both entry and exit. Pressed help button on machine and problem sorted immediately after supplying booking reference number. Just make sure you have your paperwork to hand as you go through the gate.

Directions for Long Stay - Terminal 1 & 3

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

The postcode for T1/3 Long Stay is M90 3NS

Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1.

Go straight ahead for T1 at the set of traffic light, you will pass the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit direct to the entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park.

Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.

Entry Instructions:
On arrival at the barrier, the car registration is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.
Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in).


Exit instructions:
Drive up to the barrier, which should lift automatically. If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip and pin device. If you have a query press the intercom button and quote your booking reference (ref starts with M).

Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.

All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.

The car park has 24 Blue Badge bays in the car park which are on a first come first served basis - you just need to display your Blue Badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are also wheelchair accessible.
