This service is fine. It depends a bit on luck how long it takes to get to your terminal but I reckon 20 minutes at worst (10 waiting for a bus plus the 10 for the bus to get to your terminal). At peak times because it is popular and because at airports most people have suitcases there is not enough sheltered bus stop room at the airport end - you could be standing 10 minutes in the rain, it is Manchester after all! A reasonable service for the money but I think I'll pay the extra to go in the multistorey next time.

bus signs to return to car park are badly displayed. also do not get a token on entry as this will not let you out if car number not reconised

Easy access to T1 long stay. Parking areas are well signposted. Five minute stroll to Terminal 1. Minor problem on exit: Deposited token at exit barrier, but full payment was repeatedly requested - possibly due to failed number plate recognition. I utilised the intercom system to request help which was efficiently provided by your staff. Although they couldn't track my booking from the confirmation number they traced it using my registration number.

Good price, but once again, thwarted at the barrier on the way in as the reference number we had on our email confirmation was not recognised, neither was our registration number. This happened last time so FHR need to supply the correct number in their confirmation emails. Took the person on the intercom a few minutes to find our reservation using our surname and email address. Parking-wise, very happy. Lots of spaces and regular bus service to the car park.

Location and positioning of the car park was excellent and we walked to Terminal 3, however on our return it was raining so we used the courtesy bus which was efficient and dropped us off virtually next to our car. Unfortunately when we arrived, our vehicle was not recognised and the barcode on our booking would not scan efficiently. Again on exit, we had difficulties and the unit tried to charge us. The attendant did not recognise the FHR booking reference and stated that it should start with an 'M'. We eventually were able to leave having given additional details regarding the car, name etc.

We have used this parking facility before (Long Stay Terminal 1&3) and find it very convenient for our needs. Only criticism I have the length of wait of connecting coach. Sometimes it is a long wait then two coaches come along

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.The postcode for T1/3 Long Stay is M90 3NS
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1.
Go straight ahead for T1 at the set of traffic light, you will pass the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit direct to the entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Entry Instructions:
On arrival at the barrier, the car registration is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.
Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in).

Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
The car park has 24 Blue Badge bays in the car park which are on a first come first served basis - you just need to display your Blue Badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are also wheelchair accessible.
