Easy access to car park. Directions easy to follow. Buses to terminal run every 10 minutes. Bus stop just outside the arrivals hall of terminal 3. To exit car park on our return just had to insert the token issued on our entry and drive. Very good will use again

This was the first time we had used this car park and made it a very easy start and finish to our flight. The bus service was fantastic and didn't have to wait on outward/inward journey and as we had been delayed on way home this was a bonus. Will definatley use again.

used this car park for the first time, although we have used T2 long stay a number of times. No problems an excellent experience, it might assist your customers if you tell them to write down the nearest bus stop number and colour to help them locate the car when returning.

While I find Manchester Long Stay - Terminal 1& 3 an excellent choice, I always have problems with checking in the car park at the barrier. There is no automatic recognition system in place, although it is suggested and indeed there is a camera suppose to read my number plate, it does not work for me. The QR code did not work for me either, hence I needed assistance through intercom system. On this occasion it was sorted out so much so that I had a token and exiting on my arrival was straight forward in this very occasion, but not in the past. Overall I stick to this car park despite inconveniences.

Very close to Terminal 3. A bus came along very quickly to pick us up and is only a few minutes from terminal 3. On returning the bus stop is close to arrivals although we did have to wait a while for a bus and then it stopped for quite a while on route back. I would have given 5 stars apart from this.

Used before, very close to Departures and didn't wait long for a bus on our arrival, the driver was curtious and polite, we were 15 mins earlier than booked but allowed in to the car area no problem so outward was 5 Star The return the bus seemed to take ages to arrive, and at least 6 Jet park buses arrived whilst we waited ( different numbers admittedly ) the driver was pleasant but not as good as our arrival driver, he was advised of the stop by us which he seemed pleased with So end of the day 4 star, would recommend and will use again Prices are a little higher each time, You need a loyalty discount system, we have used the car park 7 times in the last 22 month

Airport site felt very secure and very easy to use, great layout, easy to find car and way out to airport by foot. Was asked to pay when leaving carpark, although we had made an online booking and payment. This was sorted by an oporater at time of leaving. Not too sure if we hadnt registered correctly when arriving at the carpark, but followed all info sent in the email. Maybe provide more information regarding what to do when arriving.

Exactly what we expected. A safe secure area to park the car. A bus drives round from the terminal entrance to the car park area in a large circle. If you miss it, you only have a few minutes for the next one. Not very far to walk from each bus stop to were ever you have parked.

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.The postcode for T1/3 Long Stay is M90 3NS
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1.
Go straight ahead for T1 at the set of traffic light, you will pass the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit direct to the entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Entry Instructions:
On arrival at the barrier, the car registration is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.
Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in).

Drive up to the barrier, which should lift automatically. If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip and pin device. If you have a query press the intercom button and quote your booking reference (ref starts with M).
Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
The car park has 24 Blue Badge bays in the car park which are on a first come first served basis - you just need to display your Blue Badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are also wheelchair accessible.
