Waited far too long for the transport connection back to the car park, then the barrier wouldn't go up and asked me for another £70.00. It was sorted, but was told that next time I need to put my car reg in the booking, which I had done. overall, disappointing

There was work being done at the car park and on entry cars were passed down to a dead end that had to be reversed out of. Signage was very poor. Many other cars struggled the same as us and cars and busses struggled around the packed car park.

Parking was very easy and fairly close to the terminal.We walked to the terminal which took about 10 minutes although you can use a bus to get there.The only problem we had was that when we were going out of the car park we had to intercom someone to allow the barrier to lift.The person we spoke to said this was because our car had not been recognised.This only took a few minutes.

Booking and paying in advance on the website was easy. Recognition of the number plate in front of the barrier was quick and the bus was right there as I locked the car. Only a very short wait on my return. Must remember to leave driving gloves and maybe shoes in the car next time!

First class operation apart from there are no lights on the bus stops in the Long Stay T1 & T3 car park, and in the dark, it is difficult to see where the bus stops are.

Easy booking process. The car park isa significant walk from the terminals, on the day of travel there were no transfer buses visible and none passed me whilst walking! I would be wary of booking this if travelling with luggage rather than a cabin bag.

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.The postcode for T1/3 Long Stay is M90 3NS
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1.
Go straight ahead for T1 at the set of traffic light, you will pass the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit direct to the entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Entry Instructions:
On arrival at the barrier, the car registration is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.
Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in).

Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
The car park has 24 Blue Badge bays in the car park which are on a first come first served basis - you just need to display your Blue Badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are also wheelchair accessible.
