The directions for finding the car park were excellent. Access, and parking of my vehicle,were straightforward. The car park is adjacent to the airport terminal so transfer times were minimal. I would definitely use this site again

T1 T3 car parking facility is excellent. We did have some trouble entering the car park and had to resort to taking a token from the machine to gain entry. On leaving we encountered the same problem but the gentleman at the help button sorted out the problem and we were soon on our way home, although the system could not read our number plate this did not cause too many problems for us.

Parking was OK and car was not marked in any way. We got straight in and out with no problems. However the area needs cleaning/looking round/checking regularly. When we parked up somebody had dumped a big black sack of rubbish next to our parking space. A week later when we came back it was still there.

Unfortunately although we have used the service a number of times .On this occasion we had problems,as a general comment the car park is very full and it is difficult finding a space. The transfers are very good the drivers drive carefully.However the issue on arrival was getting in the gate refused to go up,so I pressed a button to communicate and a plastic disc dropped down into a slot which I found strange as the last time I went there it had just changed to reg recognition.Any way I removed the disc from the slot and the gate opened , the only conclusion I could draw was when I returned I would use the disc to get out.Logical I know but wrong,on return a week later I used the disc and a screen came up asking for a payment of £114, I pushed a button to communicate with the car park people and a young man explained to me that he had recognised who I was I assume because of my reg plate being identified and that he would open the gate from where he was.he explained to me about people just turning up pressing without booking and pressing the button I had pressed, they then go in and on return pay the bill when they put the plastic disc in.The real cause of the problem was the entry gate not recognising my plate,my car is new as is the plate so there is no reason why it should'nt have been recognised ,it is difficult enough driving in dark wet conditions without been giving issues to try and cope with,big plus the young man in the office was excellent.

Parked for 2 weeks at Terminal 1 Long Stay. No problems encountered and the Bus drivers very helpful during our transfers. I'm a regular customer and very happy with the service provided.

Booked Parking on many occasions never had any problem. I park at the disabled spaces, usually plenty of spaces. Though this week there was a Big Muddy patch I had to struggle to get over So as not to walk into my car.

The Car Park was easy to find, close to the terminals. A shuttle bus runs frequently from the car park to the terminals. I had to speak to someone at the car park barrier and their response was very polite and helpful! Thank you!

After driving round for 20mins i found a space. We then proceeded to the bus shelter for our transfer to the Terminal, after waiting for 25 mins with no sign of a bus and time running out we had to walk to the Terminal which in pouring down rain was no fun. This then left us in the position where we did not know on our return journey where to catch the bus so we had to walk again. Thank you i think a full refund is in order.

I should have gone slower and waited further back for the 'vehicle recognition' to open the gate. So I took the red disc. On our return, I had to quote the booking reference number, and they took a while to find it. Talking to others it can be variable but I will adopt the slower procedure next time. The bus link was very good. Quick and helpful. I will certainly us it again.

The car park on arrival was pretty near full! Took awhile to find a space! Allow yourself plenty of time to get the bus to the terminal. Return to the car park tell the bus driver which bus stop you want, we didn't and he drove right by it and we had a long walk back. FHR's service and prices were as always great!

Excellent facility, was on a bus to the airport within 5 mins of parking, and the return journey was even quicker 5 mins after leaving terminal building sat on bus and drove away 5 mins later. Would definitely recommend this long stay car park to friends. Great value for money

The carpark was easy to find. By following the directions supplied and also the airport signage. We did not wait long for the bus that took us to the terminal although we had to walk quite a distance to the bus stop as they were not immediately obvious, perhaps some signs directing us to the closest stop would have helped. On our return we waited a couple of minutes for the bus which took us on the short journey back to the car park.

Directions for Long Stay - Terminal 1 & 3
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.The postcode for T1/3 Long Stay is M90 3NS
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1.
Go straight ahead for T1 at the set of traffic light, you will pass the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit direct to the entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Entry Instructions:
On arrival at the barrier, the car registration is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.
Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in).

Drive up to the barrier, which should lift automatically. If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip and pin device. If you have a query press the intercom button and quote your booking reference (ref starts with M).
Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.

The car park has 24 Blue Badge bays in the car park which are on a first come first served basis - you just need to display your Blue Badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are also wheelchair accessible.
