Absolutely everything went well on both our outward and home-coming parking experiences. Despite leaving the car in the T1 LongStay car park at 04.30, the bus to the terminal arrived very promptly and there was one waiting at the Terminal stop to take us back on our return. Our one minor complaint was that the entry details supplied with our booking acknowledgement said we had to take a token when, in fact, entry was simply done by number-plate recognition, as was the exit process. Email needs an up-date!

All went to plan. No token was issued on arrival at the car park but the instructions issued in the email said that a token may not be issued so I was prepared. It all worked on number plate recognition. A really simple process.

Easy to book and located close to the terminals, with frequent buses (and the option of a short walk if necessary). Keys retained for peace pf mind and slightly cheaper FHR price.

Reasonably straight forward, but would love the price to reduce a little! The little bit which caused a small delay was due to the elevated position of my registration plate which the cameras did not detect. Therefore I had to use the intercom to speak to an operator to gain access. However the booking reference number I had been issued on the confirmation documentation did not correspond with the operators expected booking reference format so there was a small delay whilst my registration plate was cross-referenced. It may be worth revising the documentation to only show one booking reference number, and maybe an additional camera which can view the whole of the front of any vehicles?

We are quite used to this car park which is very handy for the terminals 1 and 3. we have become used to the systems of going in and coming out,however on this occasion on arrival at the gate the barrier went up on reg number identification , I then waited for the token to drop into the cup for getting out of the car park and nothing happened,so I pressed the button and spoke to an operative who informed me the system had changed and they where using reg identification on the way out as well. I don't remember seeing any info regarding this change so I have let you know, other than that worked out well.

We have used the Long Stay - Terminal 1 & 3 on many occasions as we find the location excellent and convenient. We normally arrive, enter the car park and find a space swiftly, however on our last visit it was very confusing, as we arrived at the entrance there were already 2 cars in front of us trying to enter the car park but were being refused by an attendant as apparently the car park was FULL. We were each re-directed to what in fact was the "Staff" car aprk 200 metres down the road. We told we would have to ring for further attendance to gain access to the car park and then park in the "Disabled" spaces in the car park. This instruction we found extremely strange as firstly we were not comfortable with parking in a desginated diasabled space but also concerned that someone may patrol the car park and we would return to a notice on our car. There was however a "Meet and Greet" attendant walking through the car park at this time who assured us that the car would be fine and that this procedure was regularly used when the car park was full. We made our booking 8 weeks before our departure and certainly did not expect to encounter this sort of problem at the start of our holiday. Even though we were inconvenienced we would prefer to use this car park due to it's location so would most probably book this again with hopefully a more successful start to our hol's.

Initially it was difficult to find a space but the directions were good and number plate recognition meant entrance and exit to and from the car-park was simple and straight forward. Overall an excellent service and I will use FHR again.

most help full when arrived due to finding outside park full and being disabled they in a short time found me a space in the covered car park.they were most polite and assisted greatly to park .I have used your service previously and have also booked for 2 weeks this august 2016. many thanks to staff ect,.

Booking and price fine. Unfortunately, the instructions for using the car park were incorrect - they said that a token would be issues when you drove up to the barrier, but it was not. I had to query the arrangements with the help line at the car park and was informed that the instructions I had received were out of date for Long Stay 1/3 at Manchester.

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.The postcode for T1/3 Long Stay is M90 3NS
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1.
Go straight ahead for T1 at the set of traffic light, you will pass the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit direct to the entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Entry Instructions:
On arrival at the barrier, the car registration is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.

Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
The car park has 24 Blue Badge bays in the car park which are on a first come first served basis - you just need to display your Blue Badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are also wheelchair accessible.
